I always look forward to my guests staying any length of time. I do have to make a request that for special times of the year, such as the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, & Labor & Memorial Day weekends, I need to ask that the minimum stay be three days, as it is a special time of year. The price does not change one penny, the length of stay is set at a minimum, if you choose to stay longer, that is fine.

Found the perfect place to stay while in Castro for a wedding! Accomodations were gorgeous. We couldnt have wanted for anything! (GEO even helped me pick a tie). Breakfasts were great! Many thanks for a wonderful host!
a beautiful place and Geo was an excellent host
Our stay was wonderful! the place is very nice, beautiful back yard, comfy room with interesting decor and antiques. geo himself is an amazing host. he is friendly, helpful and kind. he looked up things for us,had maps at out disposal. he baked blueberry coffee cake and apple crisp for us served with fresh fruit, whipped cream, coffee and tea. We had a wonderful time. he is available to answer and questions or chat if you like, but is completely non intrusive and didnt bother us at all. the neighborhood is perfect.. just a few blocks off the heart of the castro so tons of fun close by..we easily accessed the subway when heading to another part of town. and found great food, coffee, deserts and shopping within blocks of his house. being located where it is it,s quite and calm even in close proximity to so much night life.. I would definite recommend staying at geo,s to friends and if we have a need to stay in that area again would be happy to share a few more days in geo,s company. i highly recommend making a stop here.. he is very serious about his airbnb rentals . So he goes the extra mile to provide and make your trip enjoyable..This rental is a environment everyone can feel comfortable and welcome in. Thank you so much Geo!! We are glad to have a new friend. If you come by Sacramento let us know and we'll take you out for lunch. if you like pizza stop a few blocks up at Escape from new york and try a slice of pesto, potato and garlic..amazing! Cookies at hot cookie worth the tight squeeze in the small shop. Right across the street is buffalo whole foods..tons of organic and non gmo food options.. bought a big bag of organic kumquats..tasty!!
Wonderful stay in San Francisco! We came to the city to be married and stayed five nights. Geo is very accommodating from the moment he opens the door to his beautiful home. Helped us with our bags, gave us a tour of his home, and provided several maps, newspers, and restaurant recommendations. We appreciated that we had plenty of privacy, but at the same time Geo was nearby with a helpful hint or great story. I can't express how pleased both my wife and I are with our stay at Geo's - we WILL be back!!
Lovely house in a superb location! It looked as good as in the pictures!
He prepared nice breakfast for us. It was really awesome! Geo's backyard is sooooo beautiful. We were helped a lot from his books, advices. It was great trip because of him. Thank you so much! And hope see you again!
Geo was a great host in every way. The neighborhood was fantastic. so easy to walk and explore. Fine restaurants at every turn.
The home and bedroom was comfortable and charming. I loved my stay. The whole process was quick and seamless. The essence of the Airbnb experience.
"Geo-Magic"! That's my confirmed word for this host!! This was my 2nd stay with Geo and like the first, Geo embodies the Spirit of San Francisco and AirBnB. PERIOD! His heart is even bigger than his place, which truly is Boldly, Beautifully, Comfortably and Conveniently in THE Heart of Castro St! What IS "Geo-Magic", you ask?...He has a knack for magically making YOUR AirBnB experience. I won't elaborate> Can't. Because I guarantee you my experience will be different than yours. But if you share with Geo, I know he will sprinkle a bit of Geo-magic and make your trip S-p-e-c-i-a-l. I came via business. He doesn't have a desk, but the kitchen table becomes yours and Geo is ever-accomodating! After my first trip and seeing Geo's holiday pics, I wished one day to have a Geo-Christmas. I got my wish this year--tree, trimming and festivities with a very special surprise present/experience! If you've never done AirBnB--careful to start with Geo--he sets the bar high! XOXO Geo with Holiday Peace & Cheer. All the best in the new year. Keep spreading the Geo-magic--I'll be back for more! "L.A."
Our time w Geo was short but didn't fall any less than amazing. What a kind, gracious, welcoming, loving individual. He extended every comfort like being at home. His location was great for us being in the heart of Castro. Lots of love from us to Geo! xxx
Geo and his place are amazing! The location is perfect, the apartment is super clean, charming and welcoming and Geo is a wonderful persona and an amazing host.
You cannot go wrong staying with him. Also, his coffee cake is amazing and was a nice surprise (along with the fruit, cereal and juice) when we woke up in the morning.
Thanks again Geo, we will be back!!!!
First time I stayed with airbnb and this visit set a high standard to all my next coming bookings. Over the doorway to Geos living room is written "Come as a stranger, leave as a friend". And thats definitely true! I felt so welcome and at home because of Geos lovely and warming personality. I also had the chance to taste his very good culinary skills. The Cake was delicious and I had to bring some back for my family. They all want me to bake this recipe now ; ) because they are now addicted!!!
Thank you Geo, that you made my short time in San Francisco so unforgettable!
