  • The Ardree House was well located and very clean but felt like more of a hotel than an Airbnb. We did not meet John or Norrie and it did not have a home like atmosphere. If you are looking for a clean reasonably priced spot near Killarney this is good for you but don't expect any personalized service.

  • We loved staying at the Andree House! The room was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious with so much to choose from. It is located conveniently to the heart of downtown Killarney. Thanks! We'll see you next time.

  • This is a great place to stay. The bedroom and bathroom were the largest and best of 6 different places I stayed during a tour of Ireland. The owner provided great advice for driving the Ring of Kerry and the breakfast was nice.

I would definitely stay in this location again.

  • The Ardree House BnB was perfect for our stay in Killarney. Spacious, clean, private, and a short walk to town. Breakfast in the morning was great, with a variety of selections. John was very helpful in getting us settled in and gave us great advise and maps for our adventures out. Solid recommendation.

  • The Ardree House was very conveniently located and easy to get to from the train station. It was very quiet when we stayed there since we visited in the middle of winter! We stayed in Room #4 and it was clean and quiet. It had a double bed and a twin bed. The breakfast was hot and delicious (we tried the Irish breakfast, as well as the pancakes with lemon juice and caster sugar). John also let us leave our bags at the B&B on the day we checked out while we went to visit Muckross House, which was very helpful.

My family are originally from Killarney and have always been in the hospitality industry, including my Great-Grandfather who originally ran a pub and my father who opened a hotel in the town of Killarney I also dabbled in the building trade for many years. However it was my lovely wife Norrie who teaches Irish Dancing who actually suggested going down the B & B road.....and we haven't looked back since!
