This is a fantastic and family friendly apartment of 90m2, located in "La Lonja"district. La Lonja is a mixture of typical Majorcan architecture with modern style. Fully furnished and well-decorated flat, still maintains its rustic charm due to the small designer details and a wood ceiling. Spacious and comfortable, with living room, two bathrooms and two large bedrooms, each with a dressing room or closet and a small balcony, overlooking a typical and quiet Majorcan Street. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker etc.) a small laundry room with washing machine and a dryer. Towels, sheets, blankets and duvets are included. Baby cots and strollers are provided upon request and are free of charge.
The apartment is located in the city centre, featuring an easy access to many points of interest: El Borne-featuring stores like Massimo Dutti, Carolina Herrera, Louis Vuitton, Escada, Tous, Mulberry, Zara etc. El Borne is connected with the Royal Gardens and a La Seu Cathedral. A short pleasant walk could take you to the promenade, art galleries and a Town Hall. La Lonja is one of the best walking areas, also featuring one of the best gastronomy on the island. If you are interested to explore are further, we suggest you visiting the Santa Catalina district, which is only ten minutes away from La Lonja. Santa Catalina is also known for its excellent restaurants and the so called "Tapas Route". " This apartment is governed by Law 29/1994 , of 24 November , of Urban Leases . The rental housing is temporary use. Not offer any tourist activity or service , nor is it offered as tourist stay so is beyond tourism. The channel on which you advertise is not understood as " channel tourism " but as channel " holiday season " so it does not correspond to any of the tourist channels " defined " by the tourism legislation in the Balearic Islands . Therefore, the tourism administration of the Balearic Islands does not have any jurisdiction over leasing activity in this apartment "
•Keep noise at a level that does not interfere with the sleep and comfort of other neighbours. This includes TVs, stereos, musical instruments, singing, shouting, etc. Reduce the level of noise immediately if asked to do so. Behave with respect and consideration towards other neighbours.
•Please remember to take your trash out from 19 p.m.
•Initially pets are not allowed, however, if you contact us beforehand, stating the issue-we may take this case under consideration.
•In case of any break or damage of any of the amenities in the apartment, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
The internet connection is available, however, it's slightly slower than a traditional ADSL line-it's a mobile internet.
Great apartment and great location, right in the heart of La Llonja. 5 mins walk to the Cathedral and literally hundreds of great restaurants right on the doorstep. Love Palma and this was a great base there.
We have a 16 month old daughter and a good cot was provided no problem. We were greeted by a lovely lady and given some excellent tips on places to go and places to eat.
Todo de lujo. Toallas en la casa, alguien esperándonos aun cuando llegamos bastante tarde a Palma... Nice place, no doubt!
On arrival we were given an informative chat about the property and potential sightseeing opportunities (including some that are not obvious). The property is as described and is very central. The only downside in being so central is that it can be noisy.
My wife, me and our two children had a great week in Juans appartment! A very nice clean place in the old town of Palma, well represented by the pictures - very authentic.
For families with little kids - there was a buggy which was extremely helpful for us & our daughter who is 1.5 years old.
Concerning the contract, Juan was very responsive and helped us to organize our reservation very fast.
At our arrival Juan was not there but Julia welcomed us very friendly and helped us with useful information about the city - markets, restaurants, bus connections, etc... Thank you :)
The only drawback is the really slow internet connection.
