This is a fantastic and family friendly apartment of 90m2, located in "La Lonja"district. La Lonja is a mixture of typical Majorcan architecture with modern style. Fully furnished and well-decorated flat, still maintains its rustic charm due to the small designer details and a wood ceiling. Spacious and comfortable, with living room, two bathrooms and two large bedrooms, each with a dressing room or closet and a small balcony, overlooking a typical and quiet Majorcan Street. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker etc.) a small laundry room with washing machine and a dryer. Towels, sheets, blankets and duvets are included. Baby cots and strollers are provided upon request and are free of charge.
The apartment is located in the city centre, featuring an easy access to many points of interest: El Borne-featuring stores like Massimo Dutti, Carolina Herrera, Louis Vuitton, Escada, Tous, Mulberry, Zara etc. El Borne is connected with the Royal Gardens and a La Seu Cathedral. A short pleasant walk could take you to the promenade, art galleries and a Town Hall. La Lonja is one of the best walking areas, also featuring one of the best gastronomy on the island. If you are interested to explore are further, we suggest you visiting the Santa Catalina district, which is only ten minutes away from La Lonja. Santa Catalina is also known for its excellent restaurants and the so called "Tapas Route".
