Complete your stay with a magnificent view of the Mississippi River from this private guesthouse sitting high on the bluff. It is located only 1.2 miles from downtown historic Hannibal where there are restaurants and shops, visitor attractions and parks.

The space
2020 RENOVATIONS include removal of old wallpaper and popcorn ceilings and new paint in living room, kitchen and bathroom which gives the house a much fresher look. The guesthouse has been newly decorated. 870 square feet all to yourself! The bedroom has a NEW king bed and an oscillating fan on the dresser. There is also a queen bed in the living area. A privacy curtain is in place which can provide some separation from the living room. There are stairs leading to the entrance of this house from the parking area. There is a sizable deck with patio table and chairs. There is also a bench for sitting on to watch the barges and river boats go by.

A propane gas grill is now available for outdoor grilling.

This is a secluded area off a state highway. There is only 1 neighbor on our road. We are, however, just over a mile from downtown Hannibal.

Carol and I are a retired couple with two grown children and three grandchildren (two who live close by). I went to the University of Tennessee and worked 40 years as an engineer. Carol graduated from Bowling Green University and then The Ohio State university with degrees in education. We love being retired and enjoy trips to all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean each Fall. We enjoy drinking wine and playing Pickleball! We look forward to meeting new people at our B & B.
