Our "Little House on the Alley" is a relaxing escape from the hotel scene or sharing a room in someone's home. The little house is all yours! At only 320 square feet you can move around from room to room quite easily, but at the same time it has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a short term stay. And the best part? You are just 5 blocks to Old Town Entertainment District!

The space
The yard is fenced in and our other Airbnb property (Studio C Speakeasy) is adjacent and visible from your window! We love pets so don't leave yours boarded...bring your furry friend along.

Parking is no problem at the Little House,you can park right next to the front door!

The AC is nice and cool in the summer...but you can enjoy mother nature just as well outside!

We wouldn't recommend any more than two people...but we do have a retro camper onsite for extra guests when available (Urban Camper).

We are pet friendly and charge a small $15 pet fee. please remember to list your pet(s) when you make the booking.

And now THERE IS A SINK IN THE BATHROOM!

Joan, my life partner, has ten years of experience in the residential apartment business and she will be sure you are given the highest degree of attention possible. I moved to Wichita over 30 years ago to work for Pizza Hut Corporation when they were headquartered here. Since then I have opened and ran many different restaurant and hospitality concepts. I enjoy creating cool spaces and currently stage homes for realtors. Joan is a speech language pathologist at a local hospital. A hard worker and caring soul!
