My bright and comfortable one bedroom apartment overlooks the cobbled streets of Temple Bar. Enjoy living in the cultural and historic centre of Dublin with great pubs, clubs and restaurants right outside your front door! The BEST location!
ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE 2015 - the parade passes along Dame Street, just a hop, skip and a jump from my apartment! You will be in the centre of all of the action and will even be able to see the parade from the living room window :)
My large one bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor and has a great view over the cobbled streets of Temple Bar below :-) It is just around the corner from Temple Bar Square - so there really is no better location in Dublin! You are at the heart of all of the action and can easily walk to the major attractions in the city - Trinity College, Christchurch, Dublinia, the Ha'penny Bridge, Grafton Street & Henry Street shopping districts... these are all just a short stroll away. Or if you prefer, you could just relax in the living room, open the balcony doors in the large bay-window and simply watch the world go by below you...
The apartment comfortably sleeps two people. There is one bedroom with a really comfy double bed, which is located at the back of the building, so it is nice and quiet at nighttime :-) There is a separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (not that you will be wanting to eat-in very often with all the great cafes and restaurants on your doorstep!). There is even a Nespresso coffee machine to get you started in the morning :-)
All the essentials that you need are provided - super-fast wifi, cable digital TV, Apple TV (with access to Netflix), washing machine with laundry powder etc. The price includes all bed linen and towels. If you are staying for a long period, the price will also include the regular servicing of the apartment. There are also a couple of umbrellas, just in case the Irish weather starts to play up!
My guests will also receive a 10% discount in the cafe just opposite my apartment building :-) They do great breakfasts & excellent coffee!
Interaction with Guests
I will meet you when you arrive and show you around the apartment. I will also provide you with a detailed House Manual with tons of suggestions on places to eat and things to do in and around Temple Bar. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me - I'd love to help!
Temple Bar is the historic and cultural centre of Dublin. There really is no better place to stay if you want somewhere central as your base for exploring the city. All of Dublin's best pubs, clubs and restaurants are literally on your doorstep and it is very easy to get to and from the airport / train stations.
All of the bus routes (including the airport buses) are within a few minutes' walk and the Luas is a short stroll away. Taxis are everywhere as the apartment really is in the hub of the city.
Other Things to Note
Minimum stay is two nights. But please contact me regarding last minute bookings as I do try to accommodate one night stays where possible.
Please note - this is a no smoking apartment. Also, no pets allowed, sorry.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. No pets allowed. Please treat the apartment with the same respect as you would your own home. There are families with young children who live in the building so please be considerate when coming and going, especially late at night. Thanks!

Best host you can imagine! Including personal recommandations of restaurants, museums and music bars from Jason! Great appartment with everything you need (even coffee mashine and washing mashine). Thank you Jason for the great time we could have in Dublin!
Jason's apartment was modern, clean and conveniently located. He was the perfect host and met us at the apartment on arrival to welcome us and gave us useful information as to where to go and recommendations for bars and eating out. Highly recommended!
If you want to visit Dublin, stay at Jason's apartment. You're wasting your time and money otherwise. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The amenities were perfect. Jason himself was easily one of the best AirBnb hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His welcome packet was extremely informative and his personal recommendations of things to see, do and eat, were the highlight of my trip. Pure and simple, stay here if you want to visit Dublin.
Jason was a fantastic Airbnb host! The apartment was exactly as pictured and in the perfect location. It had all of the amenities one could ask for. Jason met us at the apartment when we were checking in, explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and showed us around, and went out of his way to mark some things on a map that we might like to visit. He also gave us a bunch of excellent recommendations of places to eat and drink in the area. Overall, this is a great apartment with a very kind host. I would recommend it highly!
Jason was a great host, and his Temple Bar apartment worked very well for my stay in Dublin! Jason was very responsive during my planning process and then stayed in touch upon arrival and during my stay to make sure everything was going well. His place was also very easy to find.
Jason was also very helpful and offered plenty of recommendations for places to eat, explore, and see in Dublin.
I would definitely rent with Jason again.
Jason has a brilliant apartment right where you need to be in Dublin. We were provided with lots of ideas of where to go and where to eat and they were all spot on. A fantastic week.
This is the second time I've stayed at this apartment & it's amazing! The location can not be beat, it's super big & bright. Jason is great host & very knowledgable. Best place to stay in Dublin

I am friendly and open minded, originally from Northern Ireland but now live in Dublin, Ireland. I travel a lot, which I like as it allows me to meet new people. I love the city I live in and really enjoy sharing it with friends who come to stay.
I speak some French and am currently trying to learn Spanish.
