WIFI is free and fairly good up here. We have the WiFi code clearly displayed once you arrive for your convenience.

Other things to note
PETS: We love dogs! We also love the people who clean our home, so we do charge $10 extra for each dog to hang on to these fabulous people, as these darling pups can cause extra work. 🐾

We're almost never had any damage to the house, but if your pup does goof up, please let us know, and we'll figure out a reasonable solution. But luckily, so far after 15 years we have not had one problem! ❤️

HOT TUB: The hot tub is a little high maintenance, but well worth it. If you could follow these extra steps, we’d really appreciate it:
1) Please do NOT use a shovel on the top of the hot tub – only a BROOM.
2) Please replace the hot tub cover after each use.
3) Please do NOT touch the valves on the sides to direct the flows. We have a quite a few break and we’ve had to charge the previous renters for this damage.
4) Please be aware that we turn down the temperature when no one is due in for awhile, so if you plan to use it during your stay, you might want to check and make sure it is up to 101 degrees before you need to use it.
5) If the water is low, please let us know

PLUMBING: We've been very lucky to not have deal with plumbing issues because most people understand not to throw anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. Of course we're in a small town and in the remote mountains, so it is difficult to get things fixed, so please be even more aware of this fact. Thanks so much!

CONSTRUCTION: The entire town of Winter Park is undergoing enormous growth right now, and the property next-door is under construction as well - primarily because it is in such an incredible location.
