About this listing
I have a cosy and comfortable room to rent in a lovely terraced house! Its located in one of the best districts in Liverpool with many shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep and only 10 minutes from the vibrant Liverpool City Centre.
The double room for rent is tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space. Guests will have use of a private bathroom which is located next to the bedroom and there is a nice view of the garden from the bedroom window. It is perfect for a couple or single travellers.
Guests have PRIVATE access to a clean and modern bathroom for their stay with powerful shower and relaxing jacuzzi bath. Towels are provided on arrival. There is also a large open plan living room and kitchen which guests are free to use with tv and music player and warm wood burning stove. Guests are able to use the kitchen facilities if required. There is also a downstairs toilet and a beautiful garden and patio - great for a barbecue or al fresco lunch in the sun during the summer months.
Interaction with Guests
I am happy to spend as much or little time with my guests as required. I always give my guests plenty of information about Liverpool and the local area. As a local girl I have all the information you need to know! Time permitting i am also happy to give a tour of the city centre. I also speak a little spanish for any spanish speaking travellers.
My neighbourhood is one of the best in Liverpool. It has many excellent cafes, restaurants, shops, pubs and bars. It is also walking distance to 3 beautiful parks where you can walk and relax. It really doesn't feel like you are in a city yet the house is only 10 minutes by car to the city centre.
There are great transport links to the city centre if you don't have a car. The house is less than 5 minutes walk to the local train station (12 mins to city centre) and 2 minutes to the bus stop ( 20 minutes to city centre)
Other Things to Note
I have a small dog so I expect my guess to like animals. She is very quiet - never barks inside the house and loves visitors just like her owner. She doesn't, of course, have access to the private bedroom.
I want my guests to feel relaxed and at home in my house and go out of my way to make them feel this way. However, this is my home and I invite guests who are respectful of this. You should keep communal areas clean and tidy and not be too noisy i.e playing loud music etc. This is to respect my neighbours also. It is not a house for partygoers. If coming in after 11pm I ask guests to be as quiet as possible.
