While the studio has forced air heating controlled by Hosts, set at 67 - 69 degrees, for those who prefer more warmth, Guests may enjoy a heating blanket (located in the closet). In addition, there is a programmable Dyson space heater located in the living room. As well, in the bathroom, is a portable heater, for your use.
- CAUTION: DO NOT Leave Dyson Space Heater On For Periods of Longer Than 60 Minutes. DO NOT Leave Space Heater On When Not In Studio. Doing So May Create A FIRE HAZARD. Refer To Laminated Caution Card, Located On The Bistro Table, With Specifics.
- For cooling or for the circulation of air, there is a Vortex portable fan located in the walk-in closet.
Downtown Carmel - located just 4/10ths of a mile from the studio - Le Petite Papillon. Carmel River Beach (The Ocean) - just 9/10ths of a mile from the studio.
As a note, there are no sidewalks, nor street lights in Carmel, while many guests enjoy the walk, as well, many guests, particularly in the evening, choose to take Lyft or Uber.
With hopes that you would enjoy the studio and surroundings, the studio offers approximately 442 square feet of comfort and relaxation, tranquility. The living room features a full size "leather sofa", reading chair with wrap blanket. For your entertainment, discretely hidden in the armoire, new LG 43" Smart TV, Comcast / XFINITY stations, access to Netflix, YouTube and more. Other interior features include: bistro table with two (2) dining chairs, walk-in closet with dresser, kitchenette with microwave, remodeled bathroom (with shower over tub), a spacious walk-in closet with separate dresser, plenty of space for hanging cloths, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Located on the “upper West side of Carmel, off Ocean Avenue, on Hatton Road”, approximately 4/10ths of a mile to downtown, “The Village” of Carmel-by-the-Sea, 9/10ths of a mile to Carmel River beach.
Enjoy accent lighting both in the interior of the studio, the private patio, the gardens as well. Private driveway parking is available, “to the left of the tree with swing”, where you may use the asphalt and or pavered driveway.

While the studio has forced air heating controlled by Hosts, set at 67 - 69 degrees, for those who prefer more warmth, Guests may enjoy a heating blanket (located in the closet). In addition, there is a programmable Dyson space heater located in the living room. As well, in the bathroom, is a portable heater, for your use.
- CAUTION: DO NOT Leave Dyson Space Heater On For Periods of Longer Than 60 Minutes. DO NOT Leave Space Heater On When Not In Studio. Doing So May Create A FIRE HAZARD. Refer To Laminated Caution Card, Located On The Bistro Table, With Specifics.
- For cooling or for the circulation of air, there is a Vortex portable fan located in the walk-in closet.
Downtown Carmel - located just 4/10ths of a mile from the studio - Le Petite Papillon. Carmel River Beach (The Ocean) - just 9/10ths of a mile from the studio.
As a note, there are no sidewalks, nor street lights in Carmel, while many guests enjoy the walk, as well, many guests, particularly in the evening, choose to take Lyft or Uber.
With hopes that you would enjoy the studio and surroundings, the studio offers approximately 442 square feet of comfort and relaxation, tranquility. The living room features a full size "leather sofa", reading chair with wrap blanket. For your entertainment, discretely hidden in the armoire, new LG 43" Smart TV, Comcast / XFINITY stations, access to Netflix, YouTube and more. Other interior features include: bistro table with two (2) dining chairs, walk-in closet with dresser, kitchenette with microwave, remodeled bathroom (with shower over tub), a spacious walk-in closet with separate dresser, plenty of space for hanging cloths, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
On those gorgeous days, relax and enjoy the private Carmel stone patio, accented with dining chairs, outdoor lounge sofa, a sitting bench for viewing of the gardens and setting. Privacy and relaxation, for you to indulge and enjoy!
