If location is everything then this apartment is "everything!". One of two units in a quaint Ann Arbor home, located in the heart of the Old West Side and only minutes from Kerry town and downtown Ann Arbor shops and restaurants! Walking distance to University of Michigan hospital and Campus, as well as experiencing all that the beautiful Huron river has to offer: Argo Park beautiful hiking, bike/running trails, canoeing and rapid water tubing.
The space
This unit has the best of everything! and is one of two units in a lovely Ann Arbor home; each one completely independent with their own private entrance.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has all stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal and granite counter tops. The main bedroom is beautifully decorated and has hardwood floors . The bathroom is beautifully tiled with porcelain tile, Kohler rain shower, and towel warmer. The living area has a comfortable couch which pulls out into a even more comfortable bed, along with an attractive and useful fire place and flat screen television. There is a large laundry room with washer and dryer in unit.

The apartment is in an old Ann Arbor home which has been separated into two units. This apartment is the lower unit. There is the potential for noise from footsteps from the upper level . We are located not far from the train station and there is a train which goes by once a day, sometimes early morning. Also both units share one HVAC system , therefore the temperature is controlled remotely. It will be adjusted to your comfort with only a quick text.
