To get you in the seaside mood I offer a quiet beach themed room, on the ground floor of an Edwardian building very close to Brighton seafront.
A continental breakfast of croissants, yoghurt, cereals, toast, orange juice and tea and coffee is included in the price of your room.
In the room there is a flat screen digital TV, free fast broadband Wifi connection and a fridge. This room is a good size so it can accommodate up to 2 people comfortably, also there is a wardrobe so there is more than enough storage space. As you can see from the photos there is a dining table where you will be able to sit and enjoy either your continental breakfast supplied by myself (included in the price of your room) or any meals that you have prepared. Within the room there are also tea and coffee making facilities.
Next to the room there is a clean and contemporary bathroom with a shower.
All towels and bed linen are provided, should you require them there are laundry facilities and use of an iron and ironing board.
The apartment is located on a very quiet, friendly street just 10 minutes bus ride from Brighton station. Take the number 27 bus towards Saltdean from Brighton Station (approx £2), the bus stop (Burlington street) is on the seafront opposite my road. The beach is only 2 minutes walk away.
The city centre and the popular Lanes area are only 15 minutes walk. Here you can find the cosmopolitan cafe culture or browse the quirky and colourful independent shops and boutiques that make Brighton famous.
This area is also where you can find Brighton`s best known landmark, The Royal Pavilion, here you can also find many theatres, bars, restaurants and other places of interest to visit.
Brighton`s world famous Pier is 10 minutes walk along the seafront, here you can enjoy roller coaster rides and all the fun of the fair.
If you go in the other direction along the seafront, about 20 minutes walk or 5 minute bus ride you can find Brighton Marina. This is a great place to visit as here there is a lot to do and see. Why not take a drink in one of the bars and restaurants on the board walk overlooking the harbour and yachts? There is also a Casino, a Cinema and a Ten Pin Bowling and Kiddies Games Complex, every Sunday morning there is a car boot sale, so there is definitely something for everybody.
I look forward to welcoming you to Brighton, Gary

I love living in the Kemptown area of Brighton as it has a village feeling. There are many coffee shops, traditional English Pubs (where you can enjoy a lovely Sunday Roast Dinner), restaurants, antique and other independent shops. It`s only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the city centre is just 15 minutes walk away.

Gary was extremely welcoming, the room was amazing and had everything you needed from table and chairs, kettle, fridge, coffee, croissants, juice, butter, preserves and local homemade bread! .. The bathroom was just outside the room and was nice and clean. Gary also showed us on the map the best places to eat and drink. It was a 5 minute walk to the pier and about a 25 minute walk to the station! I would recommend and definitely stay her again! The bed was also really comfy and the wifi was good!
Thanks again Gary!

Gary was a friendly and welcoming host, and the room is really wonderful - very comfortable and stylish, and well-equipped to allow for an independent stay. There's space to eat breakfast, as well as a toaster, kettle and fridge full of all the breakfast food you need. It's a really nice location in Kemptown, really close to the seafront, and there are guidebooks and maps to borrow from the room as well. We'd definitely stay there again!
Staying at Gary's place was my first AirBnB experience and I was impressed. The room was an amazing value for the quality and location. The bed was the most comfortable I had been in the two other hotels I stayed at in Europe. Gary was courteous and had an amazing assortment awaiting me for breakfast. Highly recommend!
Gary is a very enthusiastic host and the place is very clean and comfortable.
I had an amazing stay at Gary’s. He was incredibly helpful and a joy to make conversation with. His place was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. It was extremely comfortable and I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone. The fifteen/twenty minute walk to central Brighton is absolutely nothing when you get to walk beside the ocean. Thank you Gary for the amazing hospitality. I will be coming back.
Gary is a lovely host . He made us feel comfortable throughout the stay, providing us with useful information about Brighton. The room decor is very homely and inviting. Gary is friendly and also gives us our privacy. I highly recommend his place if you are looking to stay in Brighton!
This was our first experience with Air BnB. Gary made us feel very welcome and was really friendly and helpful when we arrived, advising us of best options for car parking and where to go in Brighton. The room was lovely and clean and quiet and the breakfast Gary provided was great.
We will definitely be staying again.
Thank you Gary.
