This Airbnb is a little jewel nestled away among the busy life of a small town community where the buildings look the same, but on the inside, ours is exceptional, possessing the ability to cradle you through the duration of your stay! It is super clean and it is all yours. We wont be there, unless you need something, then we will do everything possible to be at your call! it is Below the snow and above the fog! This place can be an oasis any time of year. Kick up your feet in our fresh living room space, eat your favorite food and watch your favorite show (log in to your streaming service - no cable services) or spend quality time with your travel mates in our peaceful setting! If there are last minute work related tasks you must take care of, sit at our kitchen bar with your laptop. Of course we have wifi. You will find our Kitchen amenities and appliances and polished round oak table suitable for your dining needs. You will find salt, pepper, herbs and spices, oil, coffee, sugar, flour and many other basics already on hand so you can add flavor to your food, while our gorgeous Airbnb warms your heart. You can find valuable information in our house manual, especially if you need information on how to use any of the appliances and also feel free contact us! Note: Our Neighbor recently got a dog and it can be heard barking from time to time, usually just in the morning and usually only for about 30 seconds! *Nest thermostat *smart tv *exterior security camera *led lighting *ceiling fans in nearly every room *duvet and multiple pillows on each bed *fully stocked kitchen includes dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, counterspace, pots and pans and dishes. As a precaution, we accept guests with recommendations & reviews from other Airbnb hosts. First time guests will be considered if your Airbnb bio is comprehensive!. - NO SMOKING/ MARIJUANA USE/ VAPING/ CANDLES/ INCENSE OR OPEN FLAME are permitted in or near the suite (this includes the backyard). No commercial photography.
- Please do not throw parties in our suite or bring home new friends you've met while in town. Only folks who are accounted for when booking the suite are allowed.

Guest access
Everything in our Airbnb is for your use. (except for anything locked up). Parking is allowed in the carport, but make sure you use the right side, (you will be just left - south, of the laundry room) In the back of the carport, you will see lockers with blue and white locks, and a red ribbon. if that is what you see, you are in the right place. you can fit two cars, one behind the other. there is also street parking available. There is a community park about half a mile north. If you need to do laundry, you will have to visit the local laundromat. the closest one that we know of and would recommend is in the Rayleys shopping center. It is tucked away in the left rear corner.
Other things to note
Guests should know before they book that this area is an area with all condominiums. If you are not familiar with what a condo is, they are similar to apartments or townhouses. The way ownership works being different in each case... If condos are not your thing, you might want to consider other options. From the outside, they all look similar. Most, (all on our street) were painted in 2018. There is a community park just a block north that sports a pond, large grassy fields, people jogging and children playing. Guests should also know that there are plenty of options for food, grocery stores and other shopping within a mile, however, a busy street is between us and those aforementioned places. Once you book with us, you will have access to our home manual! We do not have cable, but have 100 mega bit internet and you log into your own streaming service such as netflix, hulu etc. be sure to log back out when you leave so that the next guest is not on your profile! Note; this a condo... essentially an apartment type of a set up and in this environment, it is indeed possible to come across pets... ants or cockroaches. we do regularly spray, however, seasonally, once in a while pets may show up. in the years that we have had this property, we have seen pets more than once, but it is rare.
