This apartment is totally independent and not shared with anyone.
We are located 15 minutes to Manhattan.
If you were to stay in the Bronx it would take you 40 min to get to Times Square. If you were to Stay in Brooklyn it would take you the same amount of time as subways in Brooklyn are not direct. If you were to stay in Manhattan you would not find a place as big as this one for this price.
There are many buses going direct to the City in the heart of Times Square. 24/hrs bus services to the City. The bus stop is just around the corner from the house.
Transportation is probably underrated. There are about 3 -4 major bus routes which go along the cliff coming into port authority in about 20 min. There is a free bus to a ferry at the bottom of the cliff which comes round every 10 min. There are also the little jitney buses which come around every few minutes get you into town for about $3. So across the official NJ Transit, the little jitney buses and the ferry you can get into town at any time within about 20 min. Oh yes there is another bus into Hoboken from boulevard east (road on the cliff) as well.
The bus will take you to Port Authority 42nd St subway station (lines A, C, E). This station is a central subway hub and you can easily walk to lines 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q and R. (Important: Subway tickets cost $2.5 per ride but you can buy 7-days unlimited pass at $29)
The apartment is an independent studio located on the garden level of a family house.
It is equipped with bed linens, towel and private bath.
The neighborhood is very safe and is located a block away from million dollar houses.
The house is located a block away from Avenue East when you will see breathtaking views of the City. Best panoramic view if you ask me.

The owner of the house lives on the 1st floor of this cute family home.
They will give you the keys and assist you with any issues you may have or need. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you need anything.

The town was populated mainly with Italian Americans and German Americans.The 1960s saw an influx of Cuban émigrés to the area,once called Havana on the Hudson; it has since has become one of the United States cities with a majority Hispanic population. Simultaneously, high-rise apartments, some of the tallest buildings in North Hudson, were built along Boulevard East, adding to the population of the town, giving it one of highest population densities in the country. Since the 1980s the Hudson waterfront, which had been part of the Weehawken Terminal has been redeveloped from industrial to residential and recreational uses, including the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway.
It's an excellent running / jogging track with great view of New York Skyline and Hudson River. There are parks along side and benches where you can rest and enjoy the view.
Other Things to Note
Check in time is anytime after 4 PM. Previous guest have up to 12 PM to check out then we need time to clean. You are welcome to drop off your luggage and come back later once the apartment is ready.
No heavy partying. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
