A very comfortable en-suite double room in a new house just 15 minutes from the sea with parking in the lovely village of Crundale, close to the Pembrokeshire National Park.
Set just 2 miles outside Haverfordwest, you instantly begin to relax from the moment you arrive. The picturesque harbour village of Solva with a selection of pubs, restaurants, craft shops and galleries and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with its stunning cliff top walks are approximately 15 minutes drive away. The latter leads towards Caerfai Bay and St David's to the north and the pretty seaside village of Little Haven and beyond to the south - a perfect getaway whatever the season. .
Slightly further afield are the lovely resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.
Pembrokeshire boasts many activities including sailing, surfing, horse riding and stunning golf courses. .
Free wi-fi is also available.
We are pleased to offer a continental breakfast.
Unfortunately due to the small kitchen we are unable to offer self catering facilities.
We have great access to the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast and countryside, being just about in the centre of the county.
There is a local bus service but to gain most out of your stay we do recommend a car. A taxi to the centre of Haverfordwest and train station costs about £5 (€6).
We kindly ask our guests not to wear outside shoes in the house.
Robin was a kind and entertaining host. He provided a welcome cup of tea before a generous continental breakfast each morning. The room was very comfortable and quite large enough for two of us; the en-suite was well equipped.
The apartment was in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the town and the neighbourhood quiet; we were able to park right outside.
The bed is very comfortable, with a great shower in the ensuite, although the room is quite small. Liz is an excellent cook, whose interpretation of a continental breakfast is very generous and delicious! How she produces such wonders in the tiny kitchen I do not know. There isn’t really room and time for guests to cook there, although we were always welcome to make tea or coffee. Robin and Liz were both very friendly, and have a range of information about the local area. We really enjoyed visiting Nevern (church, old carvings, castle and great-looking pub) and Pentre Ifan (dolmen), returning through the Preseli hills, with dinner at Spittal’s Pump on the Green en-route, none of which we knew about before talking to them and looking through their materials.
I had a great experience at Robin Oliver's. it was great to be comfortable after a good day walking in St David's. Wifi and Breakfast by Elizabeth was excellent

I am a chartered accountant having qualified in 1973 in Cardiff, Wales.
On qualifying I worked in Rome for 2 years with intrnational accounting firm, Deloittes and subsequently developed my own accounting firm in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, UK.
While there I kept a yacht in Salcombe and Plymouth, Devon from where we sailed to France and the Channel Islands.
Needing another challenge I moved back to Italy in 2006 with my wife, Elizabeth who speaks Welsh (not always useful in Italy!!) where I started renovating property including one in Mougins, near Cannes, France.
My love of rugby has taken me on a British Lions tour to Australia and follow Wales in South Africa. Further travels have taken us to Mauritius, Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi in Malaysia as well as most of Europe and a cruise on the Nile.
As a result of this we have built up a good idea of what people want when staying away from home.
