Non smoking inside the house. If you smoke outside make sure to use an ashtray. Quiet time after 10.00 pm. No drugs allowed. You are welcome to have a glass of wine but do not abuse it. I expect to be able to clean the room and bathroom during your stay so I would appreciate if you can leave things tidy enough so I can clean and take care of the property. Whenever I can I would make a fruit salad for you in the morning: do not expect it everyday. Regular cereal and 2% milk would be available for you to use for breakfast as well as tea and coffee would be available in the morning. If you use any china make sure you return it to the same place clean. Use the closet to keep your things. At night, during the winter the temperature will be lower so we can sleep better. There is no air conditioning in the house nevertheless the lower part keeps cool.
I can't keep any luggage for you if you don't have a standing reservation. Inside the house you may use sleepers.
Asuncion was a most welcoming Host, she had coffee and breakfast ready in the mornings. We had very interesting conversations as she is well read and more notably a most caring individual. I would recommend Asuncion and her accommodations to any of my closest friends.
Asuncion was a great host! The bed was cozy and it was quiet at night, so we slept well. She made coffee and provided fruit and pastries in the morning. Overall a great visit!
Staying with Victoria was great! I had to make a last minute reservation and she was very accommodating. The room was lovely and the house is in a great location. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Denver.
Asuncion was an amazing host! She left a small welcome treat for us in our room and was very accommodating. In the morning she made a fresh, delicious breakfast in her patio in the morning. We enjoyed our stay with Asuncion and would recommend her to anyone traveling to the Broomfield, CO area!
Victoria was really lovely! She made certain that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She is friendly and has a warm and welcoming home! Highly recommended Airbnb experience!
Victoria kept in touch with us before and during our stay to make sure all our needs were met and questions were answered in a timely fashion.
Our schedules did not allow for a lot of interaction but the few times we were able to visit we found Victoria to be most hospitable and had several great conversations. We felt we made a new friend and wished we had more time for our stay.
The accommodations were great and the location was convenient to visiting our relatives in Broomfield and also for exploring Boulder, Ft. Collins and Denver.
This was only our second AirBnB experience and it certainly was an excellent one.
Great place to stay.
Easy parking on the very wide street outside.
Everything is as described. It is a very convenient location which has most-everything you will need within a few miles.
I particularly liked spending time on the back porch. It's well shielded from any rain and there was a power socket for my laptop.
