A very well kept home, with AWESOME views, located in west Sedona. The entire 1750 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, wheelchair accessible home is yours. We are 2 miles from "uptown", 1/4 mile walk to grocery store, Oakcreek Brewery, 1 mile from Posse Grounds rec area & a 1/2 mile walk from the Thunder Mountain trail system ( We do hike / bike tours). The space
As a guest, you have open access to a large full amenities kitchen, main living room with stunning red rock views via large windows, & 3 queen size bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have awesome redrock views & both master rooms have their own full bathrooms. "The beautiful views from the house are unmatched" (6/2025 guest review). The master bedroom courtyard is accessible from the living room / or master bedroom. 1st floor master bedroom has dual vanity sinks, one bathtub & a separate shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a full bathroom / shower. An additional shared 1/2 bathroom is accessible from the living room. Enjoy either our cherry tree shaded patio or the secluded master courtyard on warm evenings. I strive to provide a clean, comfortable, & value oriented listing (city STR License #008642). We use low fragrance natural cleaning supplies during our thorough cleanings between guests. Vehicle parking consists of 2 driveway, & 1 street side spot. We provide complimentary organic whole bean coffee for every stay! Early check in & late check outs available per schedule & for a reasonable fee.

As stated in the description, the entire home is yours. Great room, Kitchen, 3 queen bedrooms, 2 master bathrooms, & 1 separate 1/2 bath (accessible from living room). A self-inflating queen air mattress is available for an additional 2 adults, making 8 guests total!

Other things to note
Thorough sterile cleaning of high contact areas (light switches, door knobs, tv controllers). Each mattress has comfortable bio covers that are wiped down after each booking. I am a registered nurse that takes cleanliness seriously! Posse Grounds rec area near by, pickle ball / disc golf equipment available in entryway closet. "We have stayed in about 12 Airbnb’s and while all were good none compared to Thomas’. The location and views can’t be beat and the house was clean, comfortable, and well cared for." -Richard 9/2025 review.
