WELCOME TO STUDIO341LA
Completely separate studio comprised of 350 square feet, with full kitchen and bath. 16 stair climb from street. Street parking.

The space
Since 2019. Specifically designed to provide a reasonably priced accommodation giving you the privacy and self sufficiency you desire.

WHAT WE OFFER
Full and thoughtfully stocked kitchen with 5 burner stove, full oven, microwave, and full sized refrigerator allow you to save some money cooking, or to store and reheat leftovers from many of the terrific local restaurants.

The private bathroom includes sink, toilet and shower (no bathtub).

Three windows provide plentiful light, with distant obstructed ocean views.

Amenities include split unit air conditioner/heater, ceiling fan, granite counter-tops, and on-demand water heater.

58" Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu (w/ ads) provided. Digital antenna gives access to a few local channels (quality varies). You can use our accounts as desired.

Located in residential area with street parking. 16 steps required to access unit.

Shared patio allows you to enjoy the best weather available year-round of almost any place in the world. Smoking/Vaping/420 allowed (outdoors only). Note: We aren't loud partiers but do enjoy relaxing on the back patio, including drink and smoking (including cannabis). It should not affect your use of the studio, but if you have objections or are sensitive this may not be the best place for you.

No onsite laundry.

ANIMALS ON PROPERTY
We have a Boxer (YoYo-8 years old, pretty mellow rescue, but will bark at guests... he's just silly that way) and an Old English Bulldog (DubDub-about 2 years old). If you don't like dogs, please don't book. We also have some cats, but they are cats and don't care about you.

PARKING
Street parking is free. Parking can prove difficult at times. You can park in front of our garage (directly under your unit) if desired. We prefer you don't, but you are welcome to (if that makes sense). On the rare occasion we need to get our 2nd car out of the garage, we may ask you to move your car.

Guest access
Studio and shared patio with views of the harbor.

Neighborhood highlights

Located at the Southernmost tip of the city of Los Angeles, San Pedro provides respite from the more developed areas of Los Angeles. Though frankly, people from Topeka Kansas will find the area very dense.

With-in 3 blocks walking you will find a Starbucks, several fast food restaurants, a sushi restaurant (with AYCE), papusa/Salvadorian restaurant, Rite-Aid and more. Major grocery and laundromats with-in 7 blocks. With-in 2 miles you can find Trader Joes, Movie Theatre, and a slew of unique local restaurants (seafood and Italian and more). Less than 3 miles to Cabrillo Beach and aquarium). Downtown San Pedro has a quaint downtown area with some very friendly bars, restaurants and unique stores (hobby shop, survival shop). There is a promenade for walking along the harbor/Port of LA a mile away. Just a few minutes to the freeway.
