Location, location, location! Garden level suite w/private entrance great for exploring Asheville & Western NC. Whether you are drawn here to explore our craft brewing and beverage scene, interested in the Biltmore Estate (only a 12 min drive), want to hike or mountain bike, or experience our arts and crafts culture, this suite is for you. We offer easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-40, I-26 and downtown. Hosts can provide recommendations to make your Asheville experience memorable!

The space
*NOTE* While cleanliness has always been our priority, we are being extra diligent in our cleaning efforts in keeping with COVID-19 guidelines. We ask our guests to please share in the effort by using provided hand sanitizer or hand soap when arriving at, or returning to, the suite.

* Main bedroom has a queen size bed

* Queen size futon is in common area (mattress is bed quality and linens are provided)

* The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, etc. As per city code, there is no oven or open flame in the lower level.

* Coffee, tea and breakfast bars are complimentary

* Washer and Dryer are included in suite.

* Linens & towels are provided for all registered guests

The apartment has 42" flat screen Smart (Roku) TV and wifi. Please note this is different than cable. You will also have an independent thermostat for controlling heat and AC.

Our home is great for those who may have limited mobility (or don't like hauling luggage) as there are no stairs and parking is within steps of the entrance. Your private, off street parking pad and driveway is separate from owners and can accommodate up to two vehicles. There is a gate outside where you can lock your mountain bike or bring it inside the main entrance.

We also make some gear available like trekking poles, daypack, ponchos, ice packs (picnic, anyone?) etc. that may be useful during your stay.

We have completed all the necessary requirements to obtain a permit by the City of Asheville's Homestay Program.

Getting Around:
A private vehicle or Uber is ideal.

Other things to note
Our Pets: We have friendly dogs - Irish Doodle and Newfoundland Doodle. The dogs cannot access the guest parking area or suite. When outside, they are kept within the boundary of our fenced in yard. Feel free to interact with them (or not) as you'd like!

Noise: Similar to a hotel, given that the suite is on our lower-level, you may hear our family above you from time to time, but we try our best to be respectful of our guests' experience. Additionally, one reason we love our neighborhood is because it is family-friendly so it is not uncommon to hear children playing outside. Should you choose to take a walk or jog, we hope you will enjoy the beautiful trees, flowers and neighbors just as much as we do.

Tobacco/Drug Use/Vaping:
We recognize what folks choose to do in their own homes is up to each individual, however we are a family-oriented home and when staying with us, we have a no tobacco, illicit drug use or vaping on our premises policy. If guests violate this policy, the $250 deposit will be kept. Thank you for complying!

Fees: Please be mindful that we are unable to accommodate children and pets and smoking, vaping, tobacco or illegal drugs are not permitted in the suite or anywhere on the property. Guests found violating any these policies will be charged $250. Thanks!
