Beautiful nice house (the one on the left) for 2-4 people, with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed (for 1-2 persons). The house has a kitchenette and bathroom. Sólvangur is a horse-breeding farm in the South Coast of Iceland. You will have wonderful views to nature, horses, sheep, dogs and cats in the surroundings. Stable shop is on sight if you like to know the Icelandic horse by doing a riding lessons, children ride or a stable visit. You will get link after you have confirm your booking.

The space
Sólvangur is a family owned horse breeding farm in South Iceland, where individuals of all ages as well as groups have the chance to have an extra ordinary vacation on a real Icelandic farm, as well getting closer to the nature and the Icelandic horse. The service on the farm includes riding lessons, stable visits, children rides, tailor made riding vacations and more. Inside the stable there is a Stable shop with a horse related gift shop where everything nods towards horses and guests have a view of the horses. If you would like to see the Northern Lights - at Sólvangur you will have a treat. Because during the winter (October - March) northern lights are visible from all the houses - if visible at all. Only a mile away we have the black sand beaches and the atlantic sea. Next to us is also the bird reserve - Friðland í Flóa. So if you would like to have an authentic experience on a real horse-breeding farm in Iceland - this is the place to visit. If you do not like animals - you can simply avoid them ;)

Hi my name is Elsa, me and my family lives here at Sólvangi and we breed horses and Cairn Terrier dogs both me and my daughter are ridingteacher so if you like you can take a lesson here at Sólvangi. Here at the farm is dogs, cats, and horses . I love all my anymals and they are a big part of my live. In the wintertime you can be in the litle cozy house and look at the Northern Lights. Free wifi
