For Larger groups of guests ( upto 7 people) , we have high quality 2 JOHN LEWIS single and double guest beds that can be laid out in each of the large bedrooms or in the 30ft lounge

There is ample parking around the property and we also have secure underground parking. There is no charge for parking.
Within a short walk is a Asda Hypermarket/ Supermarket which is open 24 hours, 7 days a week
There is also Thai Resturant, a Loch Fyne Fish Restaurant and Prezzo Italian Restaurant within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The Star Bank inn , and the Newhaven Quay, a family pub is just 6 mins walk away
Ocean Terminal with all it's shopping, Restaurants Multi Screen Cinema and the Royal Yacht Britannia is a short walk away.
The location is excellent combining excellent transport links, parking and stunning views, a local bus service directly behind the apartment takes approx 10 mins to reach city centre and15 mintues to reach the famous Princess St and the royal mile, services run around every 10-15 mins, cost £1.30, a taxi costs around £7.50

bright, clean, spacious flat, perfect for our trip with two couples. the underground parking was very nice as well to leave our car and use the bus or taxi around the city. the bus is convenient and has free wifi, but taxis were 10 pounds or less to city center. Thanks for providing all of the details we needed for wifi connection, parking entry, taxi phone numbers, and bus schedule. Everything was very seamless and easy!
I would also recommend Loch Fyne for really great seafood at reasonable prices, and within very easy walking distance of the flat.
First of all, thank you Han for letting us stay in your comfortable apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful inside and out. The living room is spacious and so are the bedrooms. The toilets were sparkling clean. Not to mention the kitchen which was spotless and had every utensil you could think off. My friends and I felt very much at home. It was really hard to leave. (till we totally forgot about the check out time sorry about that) The next time we come by to Scotland, we will definitely stay here again. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thumbs up Han!
Amazing flat! We loved our stay there. Very clean and in a great location with a bus stop just outside the front door. The host was great communicating with us. A nice welcome package of the basic needs was there when we arrived. The flat is very convenient for small children with a bed, high chair, and even a few toys. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh. The parking and lift was a nice bonus!
Michael's apartment was lovely, it is in a great location. Really handy for catching a bus into the city. The apartment is very spacious and modern - with excellent facilities. Michael was kind enough to accommodate 6 of us with additional fold out beds (including a bottle of champagne). We didn't meet Michael in person but had great communication before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend staying here.
I'm reluctant to say how lovely Michael's apartment is as I plan to go back and don't want to find it booked up! The apartment is spacious, light, comfortable and well decorated. Michael is extremely responsive to any and all queries and as I said, I plan to go back soon. Please don't book it when I want to go!

Micheal was a great Host. Communication was good. There was a lovely Welcome Package in the Apartment when we arrived. The Apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. There was everything you would need for a short or long stay. Lovely views looking across to HMS Britannia! On the bus route into the City. Restaurants and a ASDA Superstore all close by. Would recommend Micheal and his Apartment. We would certainly stay there again. We had a great time.
The apartment is really fantastic, bright, as big as it was supposed to be, with breakfast for 5 people for the 2 days. And Michael's mother was very nice as we arrived late. I should really recommend the place to everyone. Thank you

Really lovely, beautifully furnished (like a showroom) apartment. We stayed comfortably in a group of 7 adults for the weekend (2 doubles and then 3 comfortable fold up beds in the spacious living room). 2 bathrooms definitely helped too! Very nice little touches with milk, bread, condiments provided for breakfast and bus maps to take away. Hairdryer, towels, washing machine, dishwasher - everything we could possibly need were well catered for. The waterfront provides beautiful views but you are a little bit away from the city centre and do need to take the no 10 bus (with the correct change of £1.40 each!), takes about 15min to get to Princes Street. We had a very enjoyable, luxurious stay - many thanks! We didn't meet Michael in person but communication by email was excellent with very prompt replies.
