This 2 bedroom, 2 bath is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac at the base of the foothills of the Los Padres National Forest. You're just a few minutes walk to Ojai's charming downtown with shopping, restaurants, spas and golf. This completely remodeled, luxury home features a chef's dream kitchen -- Gaggenau full-surface induction cooktop, two commercial quality French-door wall ovens, Sub-Zero fridge, stainless steel farmhouse sink, and a huge center island. The gracious interiors include high ceilings, large windows, skylights, custom tile work, gas fireplace, stunning bathrooms, 3 sets of French doors and designer closets throughout. The interior is furnished in a casual California style with indescribably comfortable couches and chairs from Restoration Hardware coupled with authentic Spanish pieces.
The Gardens & Outdoor Kitchen
The secluded half acre backyard is a true oasis. Nestled beneath mature oaks, the property features majestic olive trees, numerous fruit trees (apricot, peach, fig, lemon, orange, persimmon, pomegranate), a charming vegetable garden and a stunning outdoor living and dining space complete with a chef's quality outdoor kitchen.
Take a break from exploring downtown or hiking to luxuriate on a lounger in front of the bubbling fountain. Hummingbirds and monarch butterflies abound. Feeling motivated? Smoke and grill to your heart's content and then dine beneath the stars. Afterwards, enjoy a night cap in front of the outdoor fire table as you cuddle up on the comfy couch.

NO SMOKING POLICY
This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke either in the house or on the grounds.
NO PET POLICY
Please do not bring any pets either into the house or onto the property.
BEHAVIOR & GUEST COURTESY
Parties and sleep over guests are absolutely prohibited. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid playing loud music or putting the TV volume up too high. Please do not hold late evening conversations outside in the backyard (anything after 9:30pm) thus disturbing our neighbors. We really appreciate you consideration.
If anyone staying in our home is behaving inappropriately or irresponsibly, we’re authorized to request the immediate departure of your entire party. If this occurs, the customer has no right to ask for the return of your security deposit or prepaid rent. You should also keep in mind that, when renting a property, you accept the terms and conditions herein, and are expected to comply at all times. The person signing the contract is responsible for the appropriate and decent behavior of everyone in your party.
Accidents may occur but they are not included in the rate. Please inform us of any breakages and we will let you know the cost and deduct it from your security deposit. If the cost is in excess of your security deposit, you will be charged this amount.
Your security deposit fee will be returned to you soon after check-out once we have determined the home is in mint condition and there are no damages or missing items.
In case of inappropriate behavior in the home, no deposit money will be returned.
Please note that organizing parties or making inappropriate noise in the home is completely forbidden in order not to disturb the neighbors. Should the neighbors complain about unusual noise, the deposit money will not be returned. Inviting people for the night is completely forbidden as well.
We supply you with an emergency telephone number that you can use at any time, if you need it. In case of emergency, we will do everything we can to help you. Do not hesitate to call us. Off business hours, we kindly request you to be respectful and use it in EMERGENCIES ONLY.
As you may be aware, California (and Ojai in particular) is enduring its worst drought in 50 years. Anything you can do to conserve water is very much appreciated.
If leaving the home for an extended period of time, we appreciate if you turn off the air conditioner in summer. It’s super effective and cools the house very quickly so you can achieve your desired temperature in a couple of minutes after turning it on.

Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, please check with us regarding availability and we’ll do our best to accommodate you as long as we have enough time to properly prepare our home for you or the next Guest.
TOILETRIES, LINENS & ESSENTIALS
We provide soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryers (1 in each bathroom), toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex and towels for your convenience.
The beds are incredibly comfortable and made with fine linens. Should you require a change of sheets, there is an extra set in each of the bedroom closets. There is also an extra blanket located either on the bed or in the closet should you want to use it.

All the supplies inside the home are included in the rental rate:

Our landscapers periodically require access to the front and back yards to keep the property and gardens in good shape. They usually do maintenance on Tuesday afternoons but their schedules vary and we will inform you of their presence prior to your stay.
