Apartment and room are small, but great for one person or couple passing through. Use of entire apartment. Pet friendly! Dogs and cats live here.
Second floor walk-up apartment is small but nice! Guest will have full use of apartment, including kitchen and appliances, bathroom, and living room. We have Roku and wireless internet.
Two friendly dogs and two cats live here, but it may be 1 dog 2 cats or less for your stay.
The bedroom is small but functional. Built in bookshelf will be empty if requested. Some dresser drawers are available, more if longer stay. Room does not have a closet but has a standing closet fixture for hanging clothing. Comfortable full bed.
Room will fit 2 people comfortably for a short stay, or one person for a longer stay. Great for a student. Room can come with desk space (outside of room) if requested.
Use of bikes! Linens and towels included. Kitchen access includes all appliances- refrigerator space, coffee maker, microwave, use of pots and pans and dishes, toaster oven.
Interaction with Guests
Two female roommates live here. One roommate will likely be home in the evenings and some weekends. LGBTQ friendly space.
Neighborhood is coming up with cafes and restaurants. Some great places to eat, read, study and drink within walking and biking distance. Walking distance to Wegman's (awesome grocery store).
Located on 2 major bus routes, easy access to downtown. Airport/bus station/train station pick-up can be arranged.

Smoking outside is allowed.
Clean and comfortable place. The two dogs and two cats were excellent company!
Room and place exactly as described. Kate is a lovely host who was ver helpful, animals are also very friendly!
We only had the chance to meet Kate and she was very friendly and welcoming. We really loved her apartment and her dogs and cats were very good company. This is a really old building but she made a really nice place with it !
It was as described the dogs were lovely ! Maggie we wanted to take you home with us !

Anne Marie is a graduate student at SUNY Buffalo, studying at UW Madison this summer. Kate works full time. Both relaxed and easy-going. Love people, animals, and pub trivia.
