Sidra, I am glad you liked my apartment. Sorry for hearing you had a problem to communicate with me. You are the only one guest who couldn’t contact me since I listed the apartment on Airbnb in 2013. Considering a proper communication as the foundation stone of a successful hosting, I took care that guests can easily reach out to me anytime. You mentioned there was no WiFi in the apartment and I didn’t answer your emails and text messages. 1) I didn’t reply to you because I received neither yours emails nor messages after your arrival. Not a single. What could be the problem? I am not sure – only remember that there was an issue with your (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and Viber accounts (we didn’t check other accounts at the time) and you didn’t have any phone card in the phone – texting was impossible. I provide you a brand new local phone card/number and you told me that you would go next day to the local phone service to fix that. Nevertheless, it crossed my mind that maybe appeared a bug on my Airbnb account – as some temporary Airbnb technical problem; never happen but everything is possible. However, ruled that out because all other guests were easily contacting me – before, during and after your stay. Could you please forward me emails or send a screenshot of text messages you sent to me? 2) About the internet problem - Upon arrival you normally connected to WiFi; we checked that together even were googling some applications on your phone. Furthermore, I checked out with previous guests as well as with guests who came after you – they assured me that everything was working fine. The only thing I could think of is that you didn’t activate the local phone card properly or didn't adjust phone settings. Once again thank you for being my guest and good luck on future travels :)
