Wimbledon has a large variety of boutique shops, bars and restaurants and a 12 screen Odeon cinema, and famous local theatre. Two large double bedrooms(can also be 4 singles), plus 1 Z-bed, lounge and separate dining room, fully fitted clean and functional kitchen (not contemporary), family bathroom, double patio doors onto sheltered south-facing private terrace leading onto an enclosed communal garden. Off Road Parking. Could be suitable for guests with disabilities although no special features have been incorporated as it is completely on the ground floor, with no steps up or down to the flat, unless you want to sit on the patio(3 steps) or go in to the garden(6 steps).
The flat has Sky TV with Sky Sports and BT and Wifi. Fitted cupboards containing owners' belongings will be locked.
Transport-wise, the flat is a 5 minute walk (0.25 miles) to Wimbledon Station (see below)

You will have complete privacy and peaceful enjoyment, but we live nearby if you have any problems with how to work appliances etc.
Wimbledon combines vibrant shopping and entertainment with beautiful natural spaces of the Common for woodland walks and cycling, and of course the world famous All England Lawn Tennis Club. It is popular with commuters and visitors for its fast mainline into Waterloo, in the heart of London.
Excellent - bus routes to many parts of London, and a short walk to Wimbledon station - District Line tube and mainline trains into Waterloo take only 19 minutes via Clapham Junction and Vauxhall and leave every 3 mins.
Other Things to Note
Check-in is flexible. But we would expect you to check in after 3pm and have checked out before 11am. If you would like longer or earlier just ask. Normally it will not be a problem.
The block houses a complete mix of professionals, retired people and young families - mutual consideration is the norm.
No parties, no pets and no smoking please.
