Raleys, whole foods, Starbucks, Pete’s, American river with bike trail, Ancil Hoffman golf course for walks or joggers on the river, Milagro center with restaurants, Close to both Highway 50 and Highway 80, American River College and sac State, just 13 minutes to Cal Expo or Arden fair Mall. Sunday morning farmers market at Carmichael Park up the street is always fun.
