500 acres of trails of diverse habitats for walking, bird watching, jogging, biking and horse back riding. With views of the horse arena and property from your door you will nestle easily into this beautiful retreat.

The space
We offers all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing stay.
Open concept floor plan with a upstairs sleeping loft.
Very comfy master Tuft and needle mattress.
Large sliding patio barn doors lead you onto the outdoor courtyard sitting area while enjoying the fragrance from our fresh lemon tree blossoms, lavender and rosemary bushes.. :)

Modern farm kitchen provides a double hot plate/ Kurig/blender/fridge/microwave/bbq.
Smart plasma tv for evening entertainment if desired on a full swivel bracket.
Wifi,
Linens, beach towels, and plenty of bath towels.
Shower with toiletries.
Books on the shelf for reading.
A few board games.
Outdoor fireplace and BBQ and air fryer
All brand new finishes, fixtures and construction.
Extra linens located in the couch ottoman as well as bracket for making the couch a bed.

* the stairs are very steep.
please take extra caution when going up and down them.

Split AC/heat unit.

If you need anything, just ask
Someone is always in the main home so don't hesitant if you need anything or have questions.
No smoking cigarettes please on the property, it's hard to get the smell out of the linens and don't want to spoil it for the next guest.

There's wineries and breweries close by and a bike trail to the beach," we provide beach cruisers"

*We are a gated residence.

We have 4 dogs ( 2 great pyranesse and a herding mutt, . They have full access of the property and during the day roam with the pigs and chickens to enjoy the afternoon sun and cool ocean breeze.

We also have chickens and provide fresh eggs when available.

We have 4 horses and two goats that live on the property as well.
They love carrots and apples and are very friendly.

Parking is available in front of your tiny home. We ask you always make sure the gate closes behind you when exiting.

We have a laundry room at the main house you can access once a week for personal items and we will swap out your linens to you once a week ( towel, sheets )


DOG RULES.

1 Dog under 20lbs allowed only.
Please do not let them free run around the property unless we have approved it’s deemed safe to do so, we don't want to loose any livestock.

Please DO NOT allow your pets on the bed, muddy paws can stain the linens.

Dogs with agressive behaviors are not allowed

We ask guest not use the pool area.

Other things to note
This space is best at max for two adults and one child . Please let us know if you are bringing a small already approved dog under 25lbs so we can make sure to greet you and introduce the dogs.
Washer and dryer shared on property with other Airbnb guest, located at main house garage and is accessible anytime.

The San Luis Rey mission is a 10 minute drive.

The San Luis Rey mission trail starts 1 block away from the home and takes you on a 7 mile bike trail to Oceanside harbor. We offer two beach cruisers for your use.
