Set on 40 acres of pasture and woods, near scenic highway M22, nature is right on the doorstep. Gorgeous private Upper Herring Lake lot access is across the street, great for kayaking, and beautiful Lake Michigan beaches are just a short drive away. Property abuts 170 acre Fruithaven Nature Preserve which is managed by The Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy for hiking, bird watching and wild flower spotting. Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course, 245 acres of golfing paradise, is a 15 minute drive away. Watervale is a bike ride away for dinners and breakfasts. Crystal mountain 10 miles away.

Sleeping Bear National Park short drive along m22 away.

Fire pit available for campfires.

Farmers markets in Elberta, frankfort and nearby towns June through October.
