Amazing location in the Heart of Downtown Waco just one block from Magnolia Hotel. This completely renovated Historic Grand Home is ideal for large groups. Heart of Waco home is just a short walk to many favorites including: Magnolias, Austin Avenue and the Waco Hippodrome, Baylor Stadium via the Riverwalk, Indian Springs Park with the historic Waco Suspension Bridge, Waco Convention Center, Balcones Distillery, and much more.
We are also minutes drive to Cameron Park, Waco Zoo and much more.

The space
This is a historic home with lots of updated amenities. This house has 7 outdoor patio and deck areas to allow you to enjoy the beautiful Waco weather. Bathrooms are located on each floor for your convenience. The house originally only had one bathroom on the second floor. The original second-floor bathroom also has a clawfoot tub. Historical Bathrooms are usually smaller and the clawfoot tub is usually higher than a modern tub. TV's are located in every bedroom so you can cuddle up & enjoy a movie after a long day & night of enjoyment.
