Yves is very friendly guy and it is very easy to deal with him. He tried to help us several times. We arrive with a taxi and he transfer us from the village entry to the apartment and he return us to the bus station at our departure. He speaks english and this was sometimes useful for us as we speak french too.Yves arrange the rental of bedding and towels.
The apartment was nice, clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good and the fridge well working. We have not use the kitchen but the apartment is well equipped with kitchenware, microwaves oven and laundry machine. Of course It would be nice if bedding, towels, and toilet paper were included or if the apartment was equipped with A/C but anyway the apartment was not hot.
The location of the apartment is excellent, just in the center of the village, at 50m you have the comercial centers of the village, at 150m the clubs and the cafes and at 200m you have the beach.
We enjoy very much our stay and we hope to visit Cap d'Agde and Yves again for a longer stay
Yves was unable to meet us but had a friend do so. We were made to feel welcome and given details on everything we needed to know.
Yves came to visit us once we were settled and found him to be very helpful with any questions we may have had. The only problem we had was with the Wi Fi as it was patchy but he told us where to get stronger free Wi Fi.
Other than the Wi Fi he is a great host.
Yves made us feel very welcome and comfortable, he picked us up outside the village so we didnt have to pay the entrance fee. the room was just like the pictures and was the perfect for what we needed it for. he gave us information about the village which was helpful. would recommend this place.
Had a great visit and will be back! Was great to have a washer on site, too.
The unit was nice, and very clean when I arrived. The host was responsive, and spoke English in person, but would only use French when responding by e-mail. I had to use Google Translate every time, which caused a lot of back-and-forth retries just to work out a meetup time.
When I arrived, he told me that I'd need to clean the place when I left, and that I'd need to buy cleaning supplies from a grocery store. I've never run into that at any of the other AirBnBs that I've stayed at. I had to give him an extra $22.50 in cash, in advance, to pay for exit cleaning.
For the price, I'd really expect to find at least one towel, and at least one pillow. You're just given a bare bed with one sheet. That might be fine for people who are driving in for the weekend and can bring bedding with them, but there's no way I can fly with it.
The village was fairly nice, but expect an older crowd - the average age was probably around 55, and younger people were very out of place.
Thank you Yves - great host and very easy to deal with. Apartment was as described and Yves helped with supplying additional items I did not have for the stay. Recommended!
yves is a nice person , easy to talk to he explained where everything is he gave us a tour of the village as well. although value for money could be better?
