Welcome in the gathering room of Rome centre!
The building is from 1970 in authentic Rome street, up to the beautiful and traditional Porta Portese market (not to be missed), and the beautiful Trastevere life!!! :)
A short walk from Gianicolo where you can enjoy the most beautiful view of Rome, a stone's throw from Villa Panphili and two minutes from the historic center.
The area is full of bars and restaurants and is very lively, but the apartment is quiet and bright, it will be like being at home.
The house is renew by architects and show the mix between design and fashion!
Here you will relax and live in the real Rome life, you will have a double room and a living room with a very confortable sofa bed and a new bathroom fresh sheets and towels.
You will find what you need for a big breakfast in the livingroom and washing machine.
It is on the 3th floor and there is a lift.
You can go in the historical center of Rome with the tram 8 ( 24 hrs. ) two minutes walking from the apartment.
My wife and I and our 3 yr old son had a wonderful stay at Marcello´s Apartment. Nice and clean and with a lovely balcony, Marcello was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with during our stay.
The neighbourhood is very quiet - hardly any other tourists, but within easy walking distance of the charming heart of Trastevere with all the restaurants and bars. A short tram ride takes you to the historic center of Rome ( you can also walk if you feel like it).
For foodies, there is a nice supermarket right by the building if you want to do your own cooking, and you can also walk to Eataly in under ½ an hour. We would definately consider staying here Again
We stayed for a week in Marcello's apartment, and i have to say this is a very easy review...everything was just great.
The Location is excellent: Just out of the ultra-touristic central areas, but close enough to either walk of take a five minute tram ride. The apartment is just by a major street, so there are just about all kinds of transportation to anywhere you want. There is a coffee shop, ATM machine, A pub and a supermarket literally one minute away.
The flat is beautiful, and impeccably clean, And Marcello was a great host: understanding, engaged and generally the nicest guy.
We miss being there already.
Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back at the first chance.
Spacious and well-equipped apartment, sofa bed is comfortably big enough for two. Supermarket and tram stop is less than a block away. The terrace is huge and a wonderful asset for summer meals outside. No wifi as far as I know. Enjoyed the stay tremendously!
The apartment is perfect and Marcello is a great host. The place is large, clean, and decorated with great taste. The terrace is huge! The location is in the happening Trastevere neighborhood, and very close to a tram that goes to the center. We had an amazing weekend.

Nice location, grocery store down the street, great Caffè Camerino near the house, playground for kids 2 blocks away, the apartment is very clean, also Marcello is very nice.
Marcello is very nice ! He is very friendly and helping! His flat is really clean, with a hudge terrace, and close to the best places of Rome (especially Trastevere) ! I recommend it a lot ! This is the perfect place to staying in Rome!
The apartment is conveniently situated in Trastevere, a short tram ride or 30 minute walk into the old city. Within a block from the apartment are a grocery store named "Simply" and a stop for the #8 tram. The Trastevere rail station is less than 10 minutes away on foot and very convenient for transport to/from FCO.
The apartment is perfect for up to two people. While the building overall shows some age, the apartment is very clean, comfortable and features cool decor. Plus, Marcello is a very thoughtful and nice host. That makes for a perfect combination. I'd definitely stay here again. Having a large terrace is a bonus. The only down side was that it seemed there was no wifi in the apartment. Perhaps that's a good thing, because it encourages you to get out and explore.
I had really great time in Roma. I lived in Marcdello's apartment in Trastevere; it wasn't situated in the heart of Trastevere, but it was good comunicated with public transport. Apartment is very cosy, comfortable and well interior designed. Marcello is very nice and helpfull guy!
I recomment his place!
