The loft is spacious and the private room features a queen size bed, couch, large desk and chairs. The loft is equipped with wifi. We also have 2 dogs - both are very cute - one is very friendly and the other will probably run and hide :)
There are two AirBnB rooms located at this property. Our other listing can be found here:
Guest will have access to their private room, a bathroom, the kitchen and common living room / dining room areas. There's a television with a DVD player in the common area and lots of books to check out.

The room and location were great, and the hosts were friendly. I parked my car in a parking structure and walked everywhere. It was a great way to soak in Memphis. The home itself was a treat to see, very artsy and something enjoyably different. Thanks.
The pleasure was second to none: very inspiring artfull place, good vibes, great location. Sarah and Chris recommended to take Tad Pierson's Cadillac dream safari tour and that's something all visitors should follow up on!
Sarah and Christopher have a great warehouse conversion. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. A great walking location to everything in town. We parked our car in the nearby garages for a tiny $8 a night, so it was convenient.
Cheers for the Po Monkey's Tip guys - it ended up being the highlight of our trip!
Great location and great spacious room to stay in. Sarah and Christopher were great hosts and are great sources of info about Memphis and they've got two nice dogs too. Location is really convenient for downtown Memphis--you can walk to a lot of good places to eat or all the stuff down Main Street and there's a nice rooftop bar at the hotel next door. The room itself is nice as you've got a big bed and a couch to stretch out on(looks just like the photos) and their loft is a really cool looking place. The place was just what we needed after two days driving across Mississippi.
Sarah and Chris were more than welcoming as soon as I arrived. The place is absolutely incredible and 'huge' doesn't begin to describe it. It really needs to be experienced in person. The massive windows, soaring ceilings, exposed brick and the wood floors create a truly warm and inviting space. Even though it is right on Main St, you don't hear a lot of noise coming from outside. One thing that's even better is that Main St is only open to trolleys and people, so there is no vehicle traffic. You're able to walk all the way down tree-lined Main st to Beale St without having to navigate through cars. Rendezvous is about a 2 minute walk away and Beale St is only 5 minutes out the door. There is so much to see and do in between that the walk there will probably take an extra 20 minutes. I kept looking at the beautiful architecture and following my nose to all the bbq spots.
Sarah and Chris are deeply involved in the Memphis art/social scene and are quick to offer suggestions of where to eat or visit. Even to some really cool places that aren't on yelp, tripadvisor, etc. Their daughter is adorable and very well-behaved and you'll only hear laughter out of her. Their two dogs are as sweet and quiet as can be, I didn't hear a peep from them the entire time I was there.
I can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking to start their trip to Memphis in a very unique way. If you're looking to meet some genuinely nice Memphians (I think that's right) with an incredible place to offer, this is where you need to go.
Sarah and Christopher Loft and room in Memphis was Awesome and clean. They were both very kind and helpful to whatever I needed during my stay. I had everything I could possibly need inside the space and the area was very close to all of Memphis' great Attractions and it was safe too. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Christopher and Sarah are very welcoming people.
They know a lot about the city and give nice places and restaurants to go.
The loft is an amazing place, the bedroom is big and nice, and is located very central.
I'll definitely book with them again if I go back !
