Cozy rustic guest house built in the 1930’s, perfect for 1-3 people. 2 blocks from downtown Arlington. Walkable to stadiums. Great for vacation, work from home or a staycation, we offer weekly/monthly discounts. Tuft and Needle mattress, equipped kitchen, full laundry room. Internet, Direct TV, and Firestick. Newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower and fluffy towels. Pet friendly! The entire backyard is yours to enjoy while you are here.

A great cozy historic guest house close to restaurants and night life, shuttles to events, free concerts on the lawn in the summer. In between Dallas and Ft. Worth. Close to Six Flags, Rangers Stadium, Jerry’s World, Medal of Honor Museum, ESports Stadium. Hurricane Harbor, UTA, and The Arlington Music Hall. 7 miles from Lone Star Park live horse racing.
This home was built in the 1930’s and is located in the historic district. The floors and doors are a little creaky and our driveway is gravel. If you enjoy historic charm this is your place!

Guest access
Lockbox key holder is located at the top of the stairs over the garage, to the right of the Loft front door. Let yourself in with the lockbox code provided before check in.

Full laundry room on the first floor. Fenced in back yard. Gravel drive- please park on the left leaving room for us to park on the right.Please pull up closely to the garage door to allow multiple car access. If you have a second car please contact us for parking arrangements.

Other things to note
Our driveway is a gravel drive. You will need to walk on paver stones and go up a flight of stairs with rail to access the rental. There is an outdoor propane grill available for your use.
