Imagine Sea salt colors, natural bamboo tones in contemporary zen tommy Bahama tropical pool house. Home is located walking distance to sunrises on the ocean boardwalk and sunset walks on trails along the Cape Fear river. Walk/bike to beach, local farmers market on lake, watch fireworks in the summer, visit aquarium, and catch ferry to Southport or even Bald Head Island. Basque in the sun, take a nap, or read a book to cool off in salt water pool! (PlZ NO KIDS/1-2 ADULTS MAX CAP no exception)

The space
This home is unique due to the bike/walk path in front of home that takes one to the beach, northeast cape fear river, grocery store and many restaurants. It's a quiet and serene spot that has a tropical feel and spa like sensation to rest and relax. Yoga is offered in biking distance seasonally on the beach and year round studio. Natural trails all through the state park are next to the property to enjoy!

Our neighborhood is quiet, spacious and with lots of privacy. It’s great if you wanna go to the beach, state park, etc. What I love most is that I can have the privacy and solitude away from the crowds on the beach during the summer. The home is 6 blocks from the ocean and less than 6 blocks to the river. I love that I can walk and catch a sunrise (ocean side) and sunset (river side) all from this location.
