A bit out of town if you want to walk to pubs but we like secluded and views and this place has a great view of Croagh Patrick. Kyra was very kind to drop us into town and let us know the best place to find a taxi back and what it should cost. She was spot on. Taxi service in Westport waaaay more reliable than in Doolin. The room was a great size. Nice continental breakfast in AM of cereals, bread, fruit and yogurt. The pups are adorable and gave us our much needed dog fix.

Kyra was a wonderful host! Very welcoming, clearly experienced. The space was clean and spacious. Had it's own bathroom. The property is beautiful and quiet. Met two of her kids and some other travelers, very pleasant experience. High recommended!

We were a few days in to our trip when our original reservation for this day cancelled and we were left to find another place to stay in the Westport area. Kyra and Gerry welcomed us in on a short notice. They have a great house tucked away a little outside of Westport. Very spacious bedroom with lovely views of Croagh Patrick. Gerry was so welcoming and accommodating offering us tea/coffee upon our arrival and a great breakfast in the morning! I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Westport area or looking to hike Croagh Patrick! Thank you again for the hospitality!!
