Staying with Kyra was amazing; the location was perfect, the bed comfortable, extremely warm welcome, breakfast contained a wide spread of local produce and very good advice about where to travel next or where to eat out in westport. Would definitely stay again!
We had a great stay with Kyra and her family at their lovely big house in the country. We felt very welcome, as we were welcomed with a cup of tea and a chat. Kyra was happy to share recommendations about local dining options which was really helpful.
It was really nice to stay at Kyra's and Gerry's house. They were very welcoming and we had interesting discussions. Kyra is also a really good cook, we appreciated a lot the "Irish breakfast". We recommend highly their good hospitality.
We had a great time at Kyra´s and Jerry´s home. We felt very welcome and we were happy about their advice what to do in the area. The room is very big and the bed is very comfortable. The best thing was the fresh Irish breakfast in the morning... Thanks again, Kyra!
This was our first experience of airbnb and we are now firmly hooked. We and our dog received a warm welcome from Kyra and Gerry into their lovely spacious home. we were offered tea/coffee on our arrival and access to the kitchen for drinks at any time. The breakfast was wonderful. The comfortable en suite bedroom has views of Croagh Patrick. We spent a lovely hour walking the nearby strand on arrival and Kyra showed us a looped walk from the house before breckfast the next morning. Their home is within an easy drive of Westport with all of its attractions. If you love countryside, great views, sea, mountain and ducks, geese, chickens and friendly dogs, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, we had only one night but it was one to remember. Many thanks.
Kyra was a great host and her home is amazing! We felt very komfortable and home. She and her Family were very helpful and gave us good advices for our evening in Westport.
We totally recommend her as a host! A stay is definitely worth it!
Cheers Marc & Julia
Lovely house and very hospitable family. The room was spacious. The only regret we did not stay much to truly enjoy Westport. Stay at least for 3 days to go sailing or ride horses. Ask Kyra about a new greenway they have in the area.
