Welcome to paradise! SO close to the beach! Enjoy this studio condo for the ultimate 30A Seagrove Beach getaway! Just steps from Florida's finest beaches. Rent bikes or hike in the nearby parks. Several boutique shops, restaurants and coffee shops close by. Enjoy the lovely heated pool and hot tub. This condo is in a prime 30A location and accommodates 4 guests. Pet friendly! Minimum age for booking is 25. PLEASE READ House Rules. We offer monthly rental from Oct 1 through March 1 only.

The space
With 510 square feet of living space, this unit is nestled in the Beachfront II Condominiums, which is a part of the community of Seagrove Beach. Only steps from the beach and minutes from the town's attractions, this condo will provide you and your family or friends with endless entertainment. From surfing to biking or enjoying strolls down the soft white sand, there will never be a dull moment. When you're not out and about, enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling on the provided grills, before relaxing on the couch or in the queen sized bed and enjoy the 55" smart TV. As night begins to fall, grab a refreshment and head out onto the balcony for a beautiful sunset. Although the condo is pet friendly Walton county does not permit guest to have dogs on the beach. There is a dog park, Alaqua unleashed in the Santa Rosa Beach area.

Private 1st floor condo. Elevator available as well as on site laundry.

Other things to note
Pet friendly but please respect the grounds and use the available pet station to pick up after your dog. STARTER paper products provided but may need replaced depending on the length of stay. I do furnish two beach chairs and an umbrella. If you use these, please rinse them off outside, let them dry and put them away.
