Cathal's apartment was great. The location was great - walking distance to restaurants, shops and the city. We were able to walk everywhere - also close to the airport bus stops. Cathal was a great host and always responded promptly. We were met by Gina (I think her name was) & she was lovely - offering suggestions for local restaurants & activities. We had a great time and I highly recommend it.
We thought the apartment was great and it was about a 15 minute walk to Temple bar. It was nice having 2 bathrooms because there were 3 of us staying there. We wished we had payed a little more attention to how the hot water heater worked because we did run out of hot water when we all needed to take a shower.
Having the bike rental across the street was very convenient and a great way to explore Dublin. The bike rental is 5 euros for 3 days.
There were some nice pubs like O'Briens to stop at along the way to Temple bar.
We would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was fantastic. The appartment is well equiped and it is well located. Cathal was kind and available. We highly recommand. Our week on Dublin was amaising and the place contribute to that.
Many thanks Cathal
Cathal kept us up to date with all arrangements and had someone meet us to talk us through the apartment and all the local spots to check out, left the basics to get us started and contact info in case we needed it. Everything was handy to the apartment and we had a great time.
We really enjoyed the apartment. Excellent facilities and especially useful to have two bathrooms. It was lovely to have teabags, milk and other essentials for our use. Perfect location - a 15 minute walk into town.
We had a wonderful stay! Cathal left everything we needed and more. The place was in a great location and clean. The beds were comfortable, which after a long flight was very welcome. The neighborhood was nice to walk around in during the evening. Lots of good shops and restaurants. The area felt very safe. We also enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy a drink.
For us the playground in the courtyard of the building was a great bonus. My daughter loved playing there and the neighbors were friendly.
The apartment is close to several city bus stops and one of the hop on hop off tours. We walked to O'Connell Street one day from the apartment and it too about a half hour but would've been quicker without the stroller in tow. We would definitely stay again!
brilliant family weekend at this fantastic apartment. lovely little touches like toiletries and lots of goodies in kitchen. lovely surrounding area to walk and sit and enjoy the sunshine. only about 15 mins walk to the centre of town. loved every minute of it and can't wait to return one day.
