Gina met us upon our arrival. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The commutation before we arrived was great. Our questions were answered really quickly and advice given was very informative. The apartment is lovely, clean and has everything you will need. Lovely to have the essentials too like a hairdryer, shampoo, towels and milk etc. The location is fantastic and a very modern area. We had a lovely breakfast at herbstreet and the store Fresh do a great selection of food. 15 mins walk to Temple Bar and a taxi is about 12 euros. Would most defiantly recommended this apartment and would love to come back to stay.
Excellent accueil avec même des provisions pour le petit déjeuner ,l'appartement est très confortable , propre et très bien situé dans un quartier calme non loin du centre
Cathal was very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived and provided every info we needed at check-in. Great apartment with excellent furniture and fully supplied with bathroom needs such as shampoo and shower gel, and also kitchen basics like milk, bread and butter. Just outside the city centre, 10-15 min walk.
Everything went well upon arrival. Apartment really nice and in good safe location. Had secure parking in a quite docklands area. Small supermarket on corner of street and a couple of nice places to eat within walking distance. Everthing that was needed for a short stay was available in the apartment. Overall, a very good value in a safe secure location, close to everything.
The apartment was in great shape and Cathal was waiting for us when we got to Dublin. This apartment is very closed to the main company offices like (website hidden), (website hidden), Accenture, etc...
Cathal was very helpful throughout the booking and check in process. The apartment was as described, very clean and I think Cathal had thought of everything that might be required for your stay.
The apartment was just 10 minutes walk to the convention centre and convenient for The Point & 3Arena. There is a good bar nearby - The Feeryman plus a good place for breakfast - Herb Street. There is a bus to get into town and the DART is quite close but you could walk to O'Connell Street in about 20 minutes.
I would recommend this apartment.
I stayed here with a colleague and we loved it. The listing is centrally located in a terrific area, within walking distance of stores, shops, and loads of business. It was cozy, very clean, well appointed with all amenities and a fridge containing the essentials. Cathal (and his sister Maura who helped us get settled) were responsive, helpful and welcoming.

Hi, I am a Dubliner born and bred and love the city. If my family and I can help to make your trip to Dublin more enjoyable just ask. My wife, Gina, has put together a great tour guide which we leave in the apartment. Feel free to add any of your recommendations or tips.
