Two bedroom home on 27 acres of wooded land. Only 1.5 miles from Hancock town center. Spacious layout yet simple and clean.

The space
Two bedroom ranch style bungalow with spacious livingroom and eat in kitchen as you enter the space. Cozy bedrooms sit toward the back of the home at the end of the hallway. Each with it's own unique view of the surrounding Woodlands. Comfortable and picturesque.
Off the kitchen is a laundry area leading to the back door and fenced back yard. Left of the door to the back you'll find the stairs to the finished basement and access to the garage entry from the driveway.

Guest access
Guest are welcome to use the entire upstairs of the home. The basement and garage areas would not be accessible to guests.

Other things to note
The home is equipped with a functional kitchen for most chefs. No frills, essentials for preparing and eating meals.
