Greet you with a warm hello, let you know the in's and out's of the home then set you free.
If you are looking for more personalized attention and would like advice where to go what to do, we will provide that too.
Set back behind one of Utah's most iconic buildings, the Utah state capitol. You are at the center of everything you need. 1/2 block walk to the east and down the hill you will find memory grove. A portion of the park is an off collar dog park, the other half is full of historical sites and memorials.
If you are visiting on the weekend and would like to attend any particular church services, please let us know to which ones so we can locate them and the appropriate time for attending.
One of my favorite pass times is to take a walk on the immaculately manicured paths around the capitol or relaxing inside.

The house was great. It's in downtown, so you are very close to the restaurants and bars. The area also felt safe considering that it was 5 girls traveling. House was very cozy and had all the accommodations that we required. Skyler was an amazing host. He was extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely stay there again.
We enjoy your stay very much. I was particularly grateful that you asked for assistance when needed getting around town and advice. It is always great to know our guests are enjoying themselves around our little town and if we can help them that is even better. Thanks again. I'm sure we'll see you again.
Skyler was a great host, very prompt in getting back to us in terms of orienting to the house. Location was great, we had a work conference in downtown SLC and walked to and from everyday (about 20 minutes). Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The house sleeps eight with one bathroom, it was a tight squeeze for the seven of us in our group of colleagues but we made it work just fine. Overall great affordable stay, would recommend to anyone traveling to SLC.
Spacious and a nice location.
We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Skyler greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick tour. We stayed over Christmas and he kindly put up a Christmas tree for us, which the kids loved. The house was always lovely and warm, there was plenty of linen and towels and the location was great. We were lucky enough to get snow and we just crossed the road to the Capitol Building where the kids did plenty of sledding. It was a memorable stay, Skyler was friendly and helpful but also gave us our privacy. We would love to come back some time in the future.
This house is perfect for a family. It was super clean and well stocked. We had 8 adults, so it was a bit cozy.
Skylar was a great and accommodating host and the location was perfect.
I really like the house. Everything was included (like hand towels and kitchenware). Skyler also asked my during my stay if everything was oke. Ik was a nice quiet neighborhood. And just a 20 minute walk to downtown.
The apartment is in a wonderful location. Skyler is a nice host.

My first experience using Airbnb was on a trip to iceland. I had such a good experience I decided to host myself. I love meeting new people and hearing their life stories. We invite you to bring a decoration or something memorable that we can hang on a wall, display or simply something to remember you by we'd love to have it.
