This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s, it has just been recently renovated. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a cotton/peanut field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress and small cot is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

The space
The nearest town is Snead. It is home to a few fast food restaurants, a BBQ restaurant, and a Mexican restaurant. There is a Piggly Wiggly and Dollar General. It is 25 minutes to Lake Guntersville and one hour to Birmingham or Huntsville. Other nearby cities include Albertville, Boaz, and Oneonta. We are about 30 minutes from I-65 and 30 min from I-59.

Pardon our outside progress! The weather has delayed us getting all the clearing done around the house and pond.
