Queretaro is known as one of the safest and most vibrant cities in Mexico, and from here you can stroll at leisure and enjoy the Spanish colonial architecture, museums, city tours, art galleries, restaurants for all budgets, cafés, and the dynamic liveliness of the "Centro Historico". Close by bus are equally gorgeous San Miguel de Allende, Guanjuato and (La Peña de) Bernal, all of which are also UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Taxis are plentiful and can be readily flagged down nearby or I can call one to your door. As well, Alameda Park and city buses are only minutes walk away.
**CHECK IN/OUT: are usually quite flexible, except for; when guests are incoming and outgoing on the same day. In this case, I ask please for check out before 1:00pm and check in after 3:00pm. This is to allow us time to properly clean between guests.
If you arrive earlier you can drop off your bags -- I will give you the keys and a map, and leave your bags in the apartment when cleaning is done.

Minerva's place is such a great place to stay while visiting Mexico! It's in a very safe and convenient neighborhood with local charm. Minerva met us late evening to welcome us and give us a tour of the place. It had all the amenities necessary for our week long stay. Even a hair dryer! The rooftop patio provided a nice area to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. El Centro is only a few blocks away which is an easy walk. Minerva was always available when we sought recommendations for places to eat or directions to somewhere we wanted to go. She is one of the most sincere, good hearted people you'll ever know.
Minerva's place was spectacular. I have used many Airbnbs and hers was by far the best. The apartment is located right in el centro, walking distance from everything including cafes, bars, and tourist sites. She has done a great job with the decor and ambiance of the interior. Most of all, her customer service is beyond expectation; she cleans weekly and is always available should you have a request. All in all, this place was great and I plan to return this fall. 5 stars for everything.
The apartment is really well set up. The kitchen is small, but it well equipped. The internet worked well during our time there. Minerva goes out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable with everything. She even helped us out when we had a package sent from the states to her house. Minerva and Belen are very nice people. My wife and I had countless times to hang out and get to know them both. Can't say enough good things about them and the apartment. If we return to Queretaro, we would not hesitate to look them up again!
For us, it was a return to Queretaro, we were there ten years ago for a couple of days. Now we are retired and we wanted to return for a month. We were looking for a apartment near the historical center. Like a magic, we have find on Airbnb site the Unique studio of Minerva. WOW... the apartment is perfectly organized on a small space, the decoration is very beautiful. On the rooftop terrace, we have a superb view on the historical center. Minerva is a wonderful hostess, she is very kind, amiably and generous. We look forward to come back. We have highly appreciate our sojourn, we give five stars to Minerva and his Unique studio.

Our host stayed in contact with us as our travel plans kept changing due to airline difficulty. We felt welcomed before we arrived. She waited up for us and met us personally to help us get settled. The apartment was everything we were expecting, and more. It is furnished to make use of the space and provide all the amenities a traveler could want. The location was great- we could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. Our host went above and beyond when it was time for us to leave, she arranged a taxi for us and worked out all the details involved in getting to the airport. We plan to return to Queretaro and hope the apartment will be available then.
