The middle of three attached Bungalows, 245 is a lovely vintage/modern efficiency unit with separate living room, bedroom with queen bed, full sized bath with claw foot tub, and galley kitchen. This home is a unique Central Oregon "shotgun" style bungalow - long and narrow. Washer/dryer, A/C, central heat and gas fireplace. Private, off street parking, shared use of large outdoor spaces.

The space
The Broadway Bungalows are three attached but separate bungalows with extensive outdoor space, mature trees, and off-street parking for everyone. 245 is the middle unit. It was completely remodeled in 2017 and has a lovely timeless quality with original fir floors, vintage style fixtures, and careful attention to details. We use high thread count hypoallergenic linens on the tempurpedic queen bed. We provide plenty of towels and eco-friendly soap and bath products. Unit 245 has a full kitchen with Smeg fridge (w/small freezer), washer/dryer combo in the unit. The kitchen is equipped for easy or use and organization. You can to make simple meals on the gas stove. We also have a shared grill outside (gas) available for guest use. We provide locally roasted Megaphone coffee, tea, and some basic spices. There is Smart TV in the living room for streaming Netflix, Hulu, etc. The TV also has a basic digital antenna for local television stations. This is a great spot for one or two adults.
