The house has 3 large bedrooms, an optional basement room, an outdoor dining area, a restaurant-style kitchen with a teppan grill, and a game room with a billiards table and chess. Our house has everything you need for a memorable staycation.

Enjoy full access to the spacious two-story Upper House, designed for comfort and relaxation. Here’s what you can expect:
🛏️ BEDROOMS
▪︎ 3 large bedrooms, each with air conditioning and ceiling fans, and bathrooms
-- Room A - 2 queen beds with own T&B
-- Room B - 1 queen bed + 1 single bed with own T&B (no shower partition)
-- Room C - 2 queen beds with own T&B
▪︎ Sleeps 11 guests comfortably; up to 21 with extra charges (extra mattresses provided).
▪︎ An additional basement room (Room D) with a double bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom (note: no ceiling fan). Please be aware that it may not have the same level of decor and amenities as the other rooms.
▪︎ Note: Showers are equipped with solar-powered heaters. Hot water availability may vary based on weather and usage. Please manage your expectations
▪︎ Fresh towels, liquid body soap, and shampoo are provided.
🌊 PRIVATE POOL
▪︎An Adult Pool (4.5ft to 5.5ft) and a Kiddie Pool (2ft to 3ft)
▪︎ Lounge chairs, poolside shower, and outdoor dining set perfect for afternoon snacks.
▪︎ No lifeguards. Children must be supervised at all times.
▪︎ Note: Pools are NOT heated. Water temperature will depend on the weather. Please manage your expectations based on the season/month of your stay and note that Tagaytay weather is colder than the normal Philippine weather.
▪︎ Note: A portion of the pool resembles a jacuzzi but is not a functioning jacuzzi
🍽️ DINING AREA
▪︎ Outdoor dining area located outside of the rooms and with a pool view
▪︎ Optional Yakiniku stove (extra charge) perfect for your Korean BBQ nights
▪︎ Hot & cold water dispenser and drinking water provided.
▪︎ Extra tables and chairs available upon request. You can also set up near the pool.

▪︎ Fully equipped restaurant-style kitchen: fridge, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, rice cooker, and electric kettle.
▪︎ Includes Teppan stove and restaurant-grade stoves.
▪︎ Yakiniku stove at P500/night/stove (2 available stoves)
▪︎ Note: Located on the basement level (stairs required, no ramp). Basic ingredients like oil and salt are not provided.

▪︎ Optional karaoke (extra charge) at P1,000/night
▪︎ Note: Located in the basement next to the kitchen. Stairs required, no ramp, and no air conditioning.

📌 OTHER INFO:
➤ The game room, basement room and the kitchen are located on the basement floor (stairs required and no ramp available). The 3 bedrooms and dining area are on the first floor (stairs required with ramp available)
➤ Parking inside the property is available for 6 cars
➤ WiFi is provided on the property. The password will be provided when you arrive. We have a backup at the other house (Lower House) in case it fails. Signal for Smart is the strongest. For Globe, there are weak areas but overall it is still good.
➤ The garden is on an uphill slope.

✥ Guest limits: The house accommodates 11 guests; a maximum of 30 guests is allowed with an additional charge of PHP 500 per guest per night after the 11th guest. Children aged 7 and under are not included in the count. Day guests require prior approval and may incur extra charges. Additional rooms will be opened based on the occupancy. Please message us to inquire about this.
✥ Check-In Details: Our caretakers will give you a tour, explain how to use the equipment, and provide additional items like chairs, tables, towels, and toilet paper. If you need anything else, please let them know.
✥ Service Information: This is a family resthouse, not a hotel or resort. Our caretakers maintain the property but do not provide cleaning, cooking, or shopping services.
✥ Weather Conditions: Tagaytay’s cooler weather affects pool temperature and outdoor dining. Please be prepared for these conditions.
✥ Mosquitoes: Our property is surrounded by trees, so mosquitoes are present from 4 pm to 7 pm. We provide mosquito zappers but recommend bringing your own repellents. Extra fans are available upon request.
✥ Security: CCTV cameras are installed around the property, including outside and common areas. A night guard is also on duty.
✥ Power Outages: Power outages are beyond our control and are not refundable. We do not have a generator. Internet maintenance is also outside our control, but a backup internet connection is available
✥ Accessibility: The property has a separate wheelchair-friendly entrance. The pool area and bedrooms (2nd floor) are wheelchair accessible. However, the basement area (kitchen and game room) is not.
✥ Property Size: The property is enclosed with a gate, spanning approximately 2,000 sqm. The Upper House is around 300 sqm, and the pool area is 100 sqm. You have exclusive access to the specified rooms and areas.
✥ Pool Details: The pool includes a kiddie pool and an adult pool. There is no jacuzzi.
✥ Pets: Pets are welcome but should not be left alone in the rooms. Please clean up after them.
✥ Exclusive Use: Only one group is allowed at a time, ensuring exclusive use of the property. Stay-in caretakers have separate, detached areas.
✥ Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment and must reimburse the cost of repairs.
✥ Response Time: Please note that I am 6 hours behind Philippine time, so responses may be delayed.
✥ Power & Internet: Electricity and internet outages are outside of our control. There is no generator on-site, and internet speed/reliability cannot be guaranteed, although a backup Wi-Fi connection is available.
