Given that we are world travelers, we know how to provide a place that's clean and comfortable, a place you'll look forward to relaxing in at the end of a long day. Tourists want cookie-cutter hotels that are predictable. Travelers want to experience the culture and daily life of the places they visit along their journey. Live in a lovely neighborhood for the true L.A. experience.

**MILLENIUM DANCERS: Why pay for a dorm room with restrictions that's for women only when you can share a big beautiful bedroom with a friend and all the amenities that come with it?

We have a beautiful, large 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1400 sq. ft. condo on the top floor of a four story security building with elevator. Both bedrooms are ensuite with the living room in between to ensure privacy.

The guest suite is fully furnished with a Sealy Lombard Support queen bed, desk, dresser and full private bathroom with dual-shower heads. There is a 32" flat screen TV, a desktop pc with wifi and printer. A twin futon bed can be added.

There is security gated indoor parking leading into the building. We are centrally located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We know you'll love staying here! This is our primary home and we look forward to sharing it with explorers of our city.

Each suite has a door that leads to the balcony where smoking is permitted. We respect your privacy; you can chose the level of interaction with your hosts.

You are welcome to use the recently remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. Breakfast will be cooked/provided daily. Help yourself to condiments and spices.

Feel free to enjoy the 60" Flat Screen LCD HD TV with blu-ray player and surround sound in the living room. A large assortment of DVD's and CD's are there for you to enjoy.

Everything is here: washer/dryer, central air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, high speed internet, WiFi, TV's, Stereo, DVD's, games, piano,, etc. The rec. room downstairs has a gym with full work out equipment and free weights. The balcony extends 40 ft.and has a patio table for dining, a gas BBQ and a hot tub for enjoying the pleasant southern California weather. It looks out over the treetops of a residential neighborhood with a lovely park within a five minute walk.

  • We had a great time staying at the Ortiz home. They were incredible hosts. The home is lovely, and we all would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in the NOHO area of Calif.

  • Elyse and Hector were fabulous hosts. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable and the area quiet and peaceful. The bathroom is nice with a great shower. The living area is warm and lovely, with a great home entertainment system. Elyse and Hector both have great recommendations of what to do (whether it's dining, outdoor activities, entertainment or pilates/yoga) in the nearby areas. The local areas of North Hollywood, Studio city, Toluca Lake and Valley village are full of cute places to eat. Elyse and Hector are hospitable and are very friendly and interesting people- my time there was split between private time with freedom and access to the living area and balcony, and lovely chats with the hosts whether it's over dinner together or a coffee in the morning. Phoebe their golden retriever was lovely to come home to also. Perfect for a single traveller or couples who would like a comfortable home while enjoying all LA has to offer. I had a third friend stay with me for a weekend and the hosts provided an additional futon which was comfortable also. I highly recommend this location and would love to stay there again.

  • This was our first experience with Airbnb and it is a great recommendation. From the minute we arrived we felt like we were visiting old friends rather than people we had never met before. Hector and Elyse were accommodating, fun, helpful, supportive, flexible, and their lovely condo was perfect for our needs. Everything was exactly as their description even down to the glass of wine on welcome, after an extremely long and tiring day. Their beautiful golden retriever was a funny delight for dog lovers. Thanks for Trader Joe's, Elyse!

  • This was a great BnB stay. The location is excellent, quiet, near a park, walking distance to wonderful supermarket if needed and lots of eateries near by. I ate in the local Thai restaurant which was very good but everything else I wanted was provided including a terrific breakfast. Elyse and Hector are excellent hosts and as they know the area well, they directed me to many places I did not know. The room was very comfortable and well fitted out and I had an extremely enjoyable stay. i will be booking again.
