Comfortable modern one bedroom in Union Square walkable to great restaurants and coffee shops. In addition to a queen bed in bedroom, there’s a sofa bed (full or two twins) in the living room. Walk to Harvard (20 minutes to Redline T), Inman (5 minutes) or Porter Squares (15 minutes to Redline T). Amenities include on-site dedicated parking spot, central a/c, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, Wifi, HBO, Netflix, Nest and Sonos speaker.

Other things to note
My bldg is pretty quiet for the most part, but there are normal apt sounds (e.g. you may hear my neighbor walking in above unit every so often).

I've lived all over Boston/Cambridge for 20 years. For the past 13 years, I've lived in Union Square and I love my neighborhood. My unit is in a six unit bldg that is right in the heart of Union Square but on a quiet street.

Feel free to cook in my unit (Market Basket is around the corner) but there are so many great places to eat in Union that I recommend you go for a short walk and check out the following places. My place is right in the square so you don’t need to walk far to enjoy great coffee, food and live music. You can also walk to Inman/Harvard or Porter Square for more restaurants.

Ice Cream: Gracie's is terrific and it's around the corner
Coffee: Bloc 11 is a great place for sandwiches and coffee and is in a great space with outside seating
Casa B: Local couple who run a stylish restaurant (small spanish style plates) downstairs with doors open to a Rum bar upstairs. Perfect for singles, or a date night.
The Independent/Brass Union: Good local irish pubs with TVs for sports. I love the burger at the Indo.
BackBar: Hidden cocktail place. Small but takes reservations if busy
Bronwyn: German place with great beer (of course) and small garden in summer
Juliet: Not open Mon/Tues but nice for breakfast and dinner (on Washington Street)
Bow Market- brand new outdoor market and brewery and coffee across the street set off Somerville Avenue
Late Night Take Out-- RedHouse Chinese is open until 2am
Other food: 3 Peruvian restaurants!, EBI Sushi, Indian, Korean and 2 Mexican places

Live Music:
One of the best neighborhoods in the city for live music. Bull McCabes is a classic tiny irish pub that has different music most nights. It's fun for a drink and to see who's playing
Thunder Road: A little bigger and across the street -- has larger acts but still fun for a Friday/Sat night
There's a few other places like Sally O'Briens on Somerville Ave as well.

Grocery: Market Basket
Dry Cleaner: In Btw Gracie’s ice cream and Juliet

Buses: 86 goes to Harvard Square redline in front of Juliet. Across the street 86 will take you to Sullivan Square Orange line into Back Bay etc
