Conveniently located close to the Malecon, waterfront, 1 and half block, yet very quiet as the place is set back from the street. Neighborhood is safe day and night and has an atmosphere of old style La Paz.
As far as La Paz almost everything you want to go to is within 15 minutes walk from here. Main Bus station to other localities, including beaches is 15 minutes walk from here.

This is a lovely B & B Inn, with friendly hosts, in a good location in a walkable town. I stayed here twice in March, two days before a sailing trip and two days after. Both of my rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and filling and was served on a landscaped patio. The aloe was in bloom, attracting some spectacular birds. Egidio was helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport and placing a call for me regarding a misplaced credit card. I enjoyed my stay here and I recommend Casa El Central.
Host was available and helpful whenever needed. The accommodations and guest areas were clean and well-maintained. The rear garden area, where breakfast was served, was particularly lovely, with many flowers in bloom. As is the case with most Mexican cities, the neighborhood had some rough edges. However, my wife and I felt very safe and had absolutely no problems. Location is convenient to the center of town, the malecon, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfasts were freshly cooked and well presented. The host even served breakfast to me on one occasion an hour before the normal time, so that I could take an early bus. I would definitely recommend this B&B, and look forward to returning in the future.
Casa al Centro was comfortable and located close to the Malecon. Cristina's breakfast was great every morning with a different egg dish daily.
We had a wonderful stay with Egidio and Christina. The room was very comfortable and clean. It is also very close to the main street and threw water.
Edigio and Cristina were wonderful hosts with delicious breakfasts each morning. The location was excellent, central, but quiet. We had a great time here in La Paz.
We loved our stay at Casa Al Centro. The room was comfortable and private, with a delicious breakfast every morning. Perfect location for relaxing and exploring around La Paz.
Casa al Centro was great! Very clean, wonderful location and the breakfast was a nice treat. We didn't arrive until very late due to our flight. I was nervous we would have trouble checking-in, but Egidio immediately greeted us upon our arrival. I would definitely stay with Egidio & Cristina again!
