The apartment is very bright ( double exposure North , South), composed of a double bedroom , a modern lounge with balcony , dining room , The American kitchen is equipped like home .
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building without elevator, which, with an area of 40m2, accommodates up to 4 people . The apartment consists of a lounge / bedroom with two single sofa beds . Between the equipment available to the apartment you will find: Cable TV, DVD , internet access and washing machine.
The kitchen has likewise necessary utensils during your stay, such as , microwave , toaster, coffee maker, table and fridge.
Finally, the bathroom has a shower , sink and toilet . Towels and linen are included in the rental amount .

Didn't get to meet Mr. Sabor but the staff was nice. He arranged a driver to pick and drop us the airport which was very helpful. The loft was right next to the tram, and there were many banks that did currency exchanges within walking distance. However, the loft was a lot smaller than I thought. Also, the shower flooded the entire bathroom.

My husband and I had different ratings for this apartment..,I would give it 3 stars (mainly for location and "try-hardedness") but he is much more critical. So, to be fair, I have given 2 stars and posted both an email a wrote to the host and my husband's review. The bottom-line, in my opinion, is, as long as you know what you are in for, it's ok..."interesting" and something to talk about: "Dear Badr, Thankyou for asking if we are “fine.” We are quite healthy but the apartment, although it is very clean and in a great location, is not so fine and could possibly be dying, although it is an “interesting” place: 1.The really bad news…it seems that whomever “stole” your other towels from the apartment also stole several other things you have listed as having in your apartment: like the toaster, the coffee-maker and the DVD player…none of which we can find. Someone also seems to have killed/removed the three beautiful plants you had pictured from your enormous 0.5 metre wide balcony as they are now just pots of dirt…and taken the shampoo too; 2.You are also being ripped off by your internet provider as, despite you having paid extra yesterday after we advised about the very slow connection, it only worked well until about 7am this morning and is now again very slow and cutting out all the time. If I were you, I would complain and demand a refund; 3.It was very nice of you to organize to have the two towels delivered to the door on the morning AFTER our arrival at the apartment and at our third request. We promise we will leave them behind (but they will be very wet); 4.We know you are aware of the issue of the bathroom flooding when you take a shower because you responded to a review about this. Renovating bathrooms is one of our hobbies and we have stayed in some very small bathrooms during our 40 plus years of travel, so we can offer some advice on this: firstly, we can confirm that the bathroom is extremely small and I am very grateful that I have lost weight so I can fit in it; however, it is not the SIZE of the bathroom that is causing the problem – it is the bad design and the very poor drainage. In old (apologies, “historic”) buildings like these, it can be difficult and expensive to improve drainage (especially on the 4th level), so we suggest building a half or quarter wall barrier across the current entry to the shower (a bit like a Roman bath) to stop the water running out everywhere. We like to swim, but not in the toilet! Plus, it is quite dangerous. We managed to make a bit of a barrier with one of the towels, the floor mat, some sheets from the linen cupboard and about half our clothes to prevent the whole apartment becoming flooded. The apartment was clean and adequate for what we needed for a short stay. The location was good, only a short walk from the main square, food and souks. Mr Sabour's assistance Toufik, was extremely helpful and put us at ease straight away with a walk in the local area. The Wifi, TV and facilities were great. The only issue we encountered was the constant flooding of the bathroom and laundry every time we showered or used the laundry facilities.

For my second visit to Casablanca I wanted to try renting a full apartment and I decided to make my reservation with Mr. Sabor. From the first message the communication was nice and smooth. Mr. Sabor's assistant recieved me and gave me a lot of information of the house and solved any question I had about the neighbourhood, wich is nice. Not the safest zone in Casablanca (I must say according to my moroccan friends) but didn't have a single trouble. Living so close to the tramway, banks and an Acima Supermarket saves money! It's also a lively zone 'close' to both Casa Voyagers and Casa Port as well as to the United Nations Square. So far so good :) The building itself is very old (be ready for this) and there's no concierge (wich is normal in this zone as I noticed) but It's a nice place with families living there. The flat itself is exactly what you can see in the pictures :) it has its pros and its cons but nothing you can't foresee by looking at the pictures so check it carefully. It's worth mentioning that the flat is well equiped with kitchen accesories, cleaning products, towels, sheets, etc. If I did miss anything I just can't remember. In sum: Mixed feelings about the zone, completely satisfied with the flat and the host. Very good value, in my opinion. Regards, Wen
