There is no elevator in the building - stairs only. Our unit is on the second floor.

I will always do my best to accommodate early/late check-ins and outs whenever possible.

Please, NO smoking/vaping inside or within the communal/shared outdoor area. You may smoke on our private patio, but please keep the sliding glass door closed *and* please dispose of your cigarettes respectfully.

Please, NO pets. Leave kitties and puppies at home.

Please, NO parties and NO late nights. Let's keep Austin weird (and happy!)

Our bikes aren't brand new, but they will get from Point A to B. If using bikes, all guests agree to the Bike Waiver which is located in our house manual.
