A beautiful 200 year old farmhouse in beautiful Tuscany, 40 minutes from Florence, 20 Minutes from Lucca close to train station which brings into the center of cities but gives you the luxury of a quiet and beautiful Tuscan Vacation. House has a great library and kitchen and wonderful views that have not changes in 500 years. All around you will find wonderful sightseeing and great food. The home is also close to the best beaches. You will also enjoy a cleaning lady that will tidy up every day.

The space
The house is a typical tuscan home. The space is a personal one, not always rented it will give the visitor the feeling of a true home. It has three very spacious beautiful bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a beautiful English library and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is located on the side of a village and is walking distance into it's center but has complete privacy and a beautiful private land surrounding it.

The house is located in the center of Tuscany so you are close to everywhere by car or by train. It is possible to leave your car at the local train station and take the train into Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna. At night you will return and have the quiet and relaxation of the country. Not far is a small beautiful village with a local cafe and a magnificent restaurant which is highly entertaining and delicious.
